Item No. 4 Providing and laying in situ cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. columns and steel stanchions etc. including bailing out water, formwork, cover blocks compaction and curing roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. etc. complete, With fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible drum type concrete mixer . With natural sand.

Item No. 5 Providing and casting in situ cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. columns as per detailed designs and drawing or as directed including centering, formwork, cover blocks compaction finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).With fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible drum type concrete mixer With Natural sand.

Item No.6 Providing and fixing in position TMT / HYSD steel bars reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams and columns, canopies, staircases, newels, chajjas, lintels, pardies, coping, fins, arches etc. as per detailed design and drawings and schedules including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required completed.

Item No.7 Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss stones in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner walls / in plinth of external walls including bailing out water manually , striking joints on un exposed faces and watering etc.complete.

Item No. 8 Providing uncoursed rubble masonry of trap / granite / quartzite / gneiss stones in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure including racking out joints when plastering is to be done / striking joints when no plastering is to be done on inside watering and scaffolding etc.complete.

Item No. 9 Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for coping to plinth or parapet, moulded or chamfered as per drawing or as directed including steel centering, plywood/ steel formwork compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.) With fine aggregate (Natural Sand / Crushed sand VSI Grade finely washed etc)

Item No. 10 Providing fly ash brick masonry with conventional/ I.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure including striking joints, raking out joints, watering and scaffolding etc. Complete

Item No. 11 Providing tuck pointing with cement mortar 1:3 for stone/Brick masonry including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Item No. 12 Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1 kg per cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc.complete.

Item No. 13 Providing and applying two coats of water proof cement paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface, watering for two days etc. complete.

Item No. 14 Providing and fixing 50 mm. dia. medium class G.I.pipe gate with wicket gate of approved drawing with all fixtures and fittings in two leaves with strong hold fast embedded in c.c. block at top and bottom with locking arrangement including cutting, bending, making holes and with one coat of primer etc. complete.

Item No. 15 Providing and fixing mild steel grill work for windows, ventilators etc. 20 kg/sqm as per drawing including fixtures, necessary welding and painting with one coats of anticorrosive paint and two coats of oil painting complete.

Item No. 16 Providing and fixing heavy duty inter locking concrete Coloured paving blocks of 80 mm thickness of having a strength of 300 kg/Sq.cm. of approved quality and shape on a bed of crushed sand of 25 to 30 mm thick including skirting joints and cleaning etc. complete

Item No.19 Providing and fixing Designer type disply book rack of size 2300x450x1400mm made up of19mm thick waterproof branded Garjan plywood generally confirimimg to ISI for frame ,internal vertical,inside surface should be 1mm thick white laminated and fully glazed shutter in 5mm clear glass made from 19mm thick ply including teak wood lipping and beading for edges with melamine polish with stainless steel fixtures and fastening such as hinges tower bolt handle magnet, chain cupboard lock etcetera and outside surface to be finished with 1mm thick lamination matt/suede/fine line finished lamination pattern with grooves externally and entitermite treatment to plywood and wood work with 10 years guarantee bond etcetera complete.and as directed by in charge. Rate are inclusive all taxes, transportation, lead and lift, and Laour charges including maintainance of 3 + 1 year and matrial got approved by Executive Engineer and Dean of medical college before use.

Item No.20 Providing and fixing Study Table of 1850 x 1200 x 750 mm of height 40 millimetre thick table top made up of 19 mm thick waterproof branded Garjan Plywood finished with 1 mm thick laminate under parts of the table shall be finished white laminate. All edges shall be finished with teak wood batten 50 x 12 mm in size and finish with mellamine polish gable end and modesty made up of 19 mm Garjan plywood with laminated finish.Partition about table shall be 12 mm tk glass fix on D bracket etc comp.and as directed by in charge. Rate are inclusive all taxes, transportation, lead and lift, and Laour charges including maintainance of 3 + 1 year and matrial got approved by Executive Engineer and Dean.
