The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar work with any Government/Semi Government/Municipal Corporation/any other public sector as a prime contractor during the last 5 years. The experience criteria are as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Quantities for a maximum of 5 items and a minimum of 3 items are required for similar completed works costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have executed at least 30% of the quantity in any one year during the last 5 years, along with a work completion certificate. The bidder should have experience in works above 1 crore. A 10% increase will be considered up to the current year. The bidder should have completed a minimum of 30% of the required quantity of similar works in any one year during the last 5 years. Specifically, for the main items, the bidder should have executed at least 30% of the quantity in any one year during the last 5 years, along with a work completion certificate, for items including: 1. Removing sand/muck/slush/soil 2. Providing and laying M-25 grade R.C.C 3. Providing and laying M-20 grade R.C.C Column/Foundation 4. Providing and Fixing TMT Steel 5. Electric Work (1 job amount in 30%)
