The bidder should have prior work experience in Govt. / Semi Govt. Organization with a minimum cost of the work of similar nature and value completed in the last 5 years. The required experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works, with work-wise costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works, with work-wise costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work, with costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have carried out a minimum quantity of items of work in any one year in the last 5 years. The bidder should also have a bid capacity, with a certificate certified by a CA. Furthermore, the bidder should have completed at least laying pipeline work, with a certificate from an officer of the rank of Executive Engineer, and have a minimum annual turnover of 75% of the annual amount of the cost of the due contract.
