With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Providing and Fixing High quality interlocking Concrete Natural Cobblestone [C5] type finish Pavers made by using rubber molds with wet mix process using vibratory compaction having strength M40 Grade is an ISO Certified manufacturing facility of 60 mm thickness and having strength of 500 Kg/ Sqm. Pavers should be dual layer with face mix of white cement and minimum 10mm thickness using color pigment of TATA or Lanxess make. The block should have test certification of CSIR-CBRI and should be Approval Cobblestone finishing circle diameter of minimum 137.5 cm as per design and in specified color as directed by engineer-in-charge. The circle should be scalable of upwards as per design. The Pavers should be made available in 4 different textures of same size 150x150 mm, of approved finish and design of standard make.( Stone finish Pavers with common Texture) Specification of various sizes, shapes as per the design & pattern approved by Engineer-in-charge and having certification from CSIR (IS15658), Prior approval of superintending Engineer will be necessary.

Providing and fixing high quality inter locking Concrete Cobble Stone[C5] type finish Pavers in Circular form having area of 1.218 Sqm (Approximately 71 Nos. in one C5 Circle), made by using rubber moulds of 60 mm thickness, tested and certified by CSIR-CBRI. Having strength of 500 kg/sqm. Pavers should have 10 mm face layer in white cement with pigment of Lanxess or TATA make and base mix in M40 grade concrete. The pavers should be made available various sizes to make a circle of approved finish and design of standard make on a bed of Crushed sand of 25 to 30 mm thick including skirting joints and cleaning as directed by Engineer in charge etc. complete. (Stone finish pavers with common Texture) Specification of various sizes, shapes as per the design & pattern approved by Engineer-in-charge and having certification from CSIR (IS15658), Prior approval of superintending Engineer will be necessary.

Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. and including one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Providing and fixing on walls/ ceiling/ floors, 80 mm dia.heavy grade having embossed as ISI Mark galvanised iron pipes weight of 10.15 Kilogram/meter with necessary fittings. and remaking good the demolished portion and applying primer of anti-corrosive oil paint 2 coats Including necessary scaffolding and removing existing pipe line if necessary and conveying and stacking the same in PWD chowky or as directed etc. complete.

Providing and laying concrete pipes of I.S.NP. class of 300mm diameter in proper line, level and slope including necessary collars, excavation, laying, fixing with collars in cement mortar 1:1 and refilling the trench complete.

Providing and laying in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. columns and steel stanchions etc. including bailing out water, formwork, laying/pumping cover blocks, compaction and curing roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand

Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M20 RCC of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for RCC work of ballast walls, kerbs and box returns including scaffolding, compaction, formwork finishing and curing etc. complete. (excluding reinforcement, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled concrete batch mix plant / pan mixer with Natural / VSI standard Artificial Sand)

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap/ granite / quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. slabs and landings as per detailed designs and drawings including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compaction finishing the formed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. complete,(Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Providing and fixing Ductile iron Man Hole Covers/ Strom Water Grating and Grating with frame of Various sizes, weight and types and load bearing capacity as per EN-124, equivalent NECO with prior approval of concerned Superitending Engineer.

Providing and fixing precast 125 mm thick Plain covers casted in M-30 with reinforcement of 10 mm dia bars both way @ 150 mm c/c tied with tack welding, with 2 hooks of 12 mm dia bars finishing in c.m.1:3 etc.complete.

Providing and fixing in position steel fibre reinforced concrete (S.F.R.C.) frame and covers of approved make including loading, unloading, transportation, all taxes, etc.complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge ( 20 tonnes capacity)

Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc', having rectangular shape of 1.20m x 0.90m size made out 18 gauge (1.25mm) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border / messages / symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete, on M.S.angle of size 35 x 35 x 3 mm frame with properly cross braced M.S. angles of size 35mmx35mmx3mm duly painted including Two M.S. angle iron posts of size 65 mm x 65 mm x 6 mm, 3.65 m long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 cm width including all fixtures etc.and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 75 cm including, excavation, refilling, transportation, and labour etc complete.
