M&L for filling holes and cracks with filling putty on wall/ ceiling and applying one coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thickness and making the surface even and smooth using emery paper complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material & Labour for Varnishing on old wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler and applying one or more coats of synthetic varnish with air compressor machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris outside MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:6) and finished even and smooth with and including 1 mm thick sagol including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement to carrying out work up to 1 to 4 storeys building complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces in ceiling at any height in CM (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement to carrying out work up to 1 to 4 storeys building complete all as specified. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Maaterial & Labour for preparation of plastered wall surfaces and applying one coat of Hydrolock water proofing course by brush without dilution as per manufacturers instructions including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement to carrying out work up to 1 to 4 storeys building complete all as specified. Note- The work shall be executed through approved applicator of the manufacturers.

Supply only integral water profing compound .

Maaterial & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick pre polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster in two coats 10 mm thick base coat and 5 mm thick finishing/final coat. Polymer modified ready mixed cement based plaster should having minimum composition of cement & sand 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS-383 suitable for external plastering having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a matalic tray only to made good, consistency as per the specification of the manufacturer and applied over exterior damaged and concrete/masonary surfaces including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered wall/roof surfaces of any description & applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint @ 1.67 lit/10 Sqm per coat over a priming coat @ 2.20kg/10 Sqm including necessary scaffolding and safety arrangement to carrying out work up to 1 to 4 storeys building complete all as specified.

Maaterial & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant primer with 3mm thk wall care putty on plastered surfaces including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for gently cleaning the surface of the stone masonry and piers with specialized water misting techniques employing air water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone surface, without over wetting, followed up by gentle brushing with soft nylon brushes as specified. Gentle surface cleaning may include using water misting and mild pH balanced surfactants as specified for indicated areas to remove surface dirt, grit, surface accretions, lime wash etc by means of water misting and pH balanced surfactants and cleaning as directed by Engineer - in- Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing vegetation on wall surfaces, chajjas etc and erection and dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding up to Five storey building and provision of necessary safety equipments to the skilled workers to carry out work.

Maaterial & Labour for raking out cement loose/crack pointing or any other hard materials used and careful re-pointing and repair to be carried of the damaged pointing to walls externally and internally above the base of vaults and apse domes for poor joints, in lime mortar 1:3 (1 lime, 3 sand mix to be approved by Consultants before application) and filling in of any holes/damage areas of stone that may have to be filled in lime mortar. Pointing to be carefully colour matched using additives such as kattha, sand, stone dust and such additives to exactly preparation of batches of samples upto 20 samples of colour matched lime mortar for approval by Engr-in-charge. The contractor to ensure use of masking tape and sharp specialized spatula and tools to ensure clear lines and high level of workmanship on site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Maaterial & Labour for Preparation of floor PCC, interlocking tiles, chequered tiles, any floor tiles and applying one coat of floor paint over a coat of primer complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

Maaterial & Labour cutting out cracks in V section with sharp edge tool , cleaning and remove all lose particles, dirt, vegetation etc. cleaning with water and filling/ applying acrylic polymeric non - shrink "PAINTEX-4" on external faces of wall at any height, after 24 hours inspect and if requuired as a result of auto-suction, provide another filling over the same including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note- The work shall be executed through approved applicator of the manufacturers.

Material & labour for cleaning the existing cracked surface of wall & Column by scrubbing to remove all the dust, dirt, grime, oil etc and washing the surface with Jet of water and applying one coat of FUTURA SEALER COAT @ 8-10 Sqm/lit and after 4-5 hours apply two layer of finish coats of FUTURA-5 PLUS @ 4-4.5 Sqm/ lit for 2 coats including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note: i) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of filling the cracks with acrylic polymeric non shrink compound like Paintex-4 as per manufacturers instructions. ii) The work shall be executed through approved applicator of the manufacturers.

Material & Labour for preparing wall/ceiling surfaces and applying mettalic Plain painting ( Royal play of Asian Paint or equivalent ) as per approved design and pattern complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Note- The work shall be executed through approved applicator of the manufacturers.

Material & Labour for removal existing aluminium glass/ wiremesh window shutter n exc 1.50 Sqm each and cleaning the track/ glass /aluminium section of the window and refixed the the same shutter with and including new bearing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in repair aluminum anodised GRILL (Deco grill DG 103 of 7.5 mm thick fixed with suitable size 'F' section No. 8584 15.30 x 23.40 x 1.40mm fabricated and rivetted to aluminum windows, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Maaterial & Labour for 3mm thick linoleum flooring, PVC of antimicrobial, long lasting, odourless and fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note - The quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of errection & dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding (H frames) upto ht of 30 m with necessary brassing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloth upto top of the scaffolding for carring out external facework of walls all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
