Dismantling / taking down old GI pipe and Supply and fixing of GI pipe light grade of size 15 mm bore for laying in trenches/floors or walls including all fittings for fixing complete as required and directed .

Dismantling / taking down old GI earth wire and Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 4 mm dia GI or steel wire fixed to wall on batten or recessed or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe all as required at site.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with copper plate earth electrode 600X600X3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to 20x3mm copper strip at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 32 mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Note : Copper strip and protection pipes 40 mm GI light grade up to 7.5 metre is included in unit rate and beyond that the same will be measured separately.

Supply & fixing copper strip 20x3 mm on wall/batten on insulators or recessed or buried in ground all as directed

Supply and fixing GI pipe light grade of size 25 mm bore for laying in trenches/floors or walls including all fittings for fixing complete as required and directed .

Material and labour for maintenance free safe earthing system with set of four separate electrod to be used as grid earthing each pit complete with 01 Number UL 467 approved/CPRI tested copper bonded (copper cladded earth rod with 250 microns of copper cladding) earth rod with 17.2mm dia 3000mm long electrode buried in ground to bore holes 120 mm dia vertically to a depth not less than 3.50 mtr deep below ground level or L shape in case of rocky condition (2 ft deep and 8 ft horizontol) with top edge of earth electrode at a depth not less than 500mm below normal ground level, provision of copper bus bar of size 200mm x 25mmx6mm for inter connection with copper earth lead strip 25mm x 3mm and further connected to test point terminal block alongwith the protection pipe of size 25mm bore med grade all as directed. each earth pit shall include minimum 50kg (two bags of 25kg each) NABL lab Certified back fill compound and 6 kg (two container of 3kg Each) NABL Lab Certified conductive gel compound for filling bore holes with mother soil mixed in 1:3 ratio (one part of back fill compound and three part of mother soil), so as to achieve earth resistance below 1 Ohm including exacavation of polypit chamber with polyplastic pit cover (cost of poly pit chamber with polyplastic pit cover shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (c) Any other fittings /fixtures if technically required for archieving desired results (if not included above) shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt. (d) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance i.e below 1 Ohm is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost of department.

Taking down carefully sub-main wiring of any description and making good to ther disturbed surfaces to match the existing all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Material and labour for sub main wiring (concealed/surface as required) complete with four single core 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 25 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit heavy grade and conduit accessories including 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface all as specified and directed. Note: 5 run of 6 sqmm&one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as single unit
