Carrying out maintenance of entire sewage system of MO (MB) Ghatkoper area by Cleaning/clearing/ blocked sewage lines not exc. 150mm, 200mm & 300mm and removal of foreign material from inside the,floor trap Nahani trap, Gully trap and drainage pipe,& re-fixing manhole covers without damaging etc, including clearing spot blockages (PVC/ SGSW/RCC hume pipe ) any depth by rodding manually incl pumping out sludge, water from trap etc including providing trolley mounted pump set with suction pipe of adequate length and minimum 60 metre delivery pipe etc, daily at 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs incl disposal of debris, spoils and sludge hygienically complete all as specified and directed. by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Sludge/de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechnical sewage cleaning tankers. (b) Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings shurbs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs alround the septic tank/main holes and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area. (c) One safaiwala and one mazdoor shall be detailed daily for MO (MB) Ghatkoper area for the purpose of rendering the entire sewage system functional through out the contract period. In case of failure compensation will be recovered as specified in respective PS Clause. (d) In case of blockage of sewage system the complaint shall be rectified within three hours from the time of intimation. (e) The rates quoted shall be deemed for attending day to day complaint basis and make functional the entire sewage system for the period of one month at MO (MB) Ghatkoper area. (f) The contractor/ his authorise supervisor of the work will report daily at complaint cell MO (MB) Ghatkoper area at 0830 Hours to receive day to day complaints.. (g). Recovery (Penalty) for not attending complaint beyond 24 hours shall be Rs 200.00 per complaint per day delayed.)

Cleaning/clearing blocked sewage lines size up to 100mm bore and not exc 300 mm bore and sludge chambers (PVC/ SGSW/RCC hume pipe ) gully trap of size and sahpe up to any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste / sewage , plugging the ends pipe or diverting the flow into drains if necessary , removing silt ,sludge etc , sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures such as sefety belts , lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same (silt , sludge & other waste material ) leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to out side of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the sewer line with fresh water etc complete all as specified and directed.( Note :- Length of sewage line including chambers ,traps etc will be measured for payment . However cleaning of manholes shall be measured separately under appropriat item .)

Pumping out of liquid sludge etc, from septic tank/soak well/ manhole any depth complete all as specified and directed.Note- The unit rate quoted under this item shall deemed to include the arrangements of Sewage pump and delevery pipe minimum 60 mtr length and all necessary T&P with man and material and safety equipment etc .

M&L for Cleaning and desilting of area strom water closed drainage/culvert of inner girth up to & including 450mm of any depth including removal of cover slab and refixing of cover in position and making good all as directed at site including removal of silt/waste materials outside MD Land complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for col hooking ends and binding with and including mile steel wire non less than 0.9 mm dia securing with clips in quality complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per item 51 above here in before but 6mm to 8mm dia quality confirming complete all as spd and directed.

Dismantling cast iron of any description etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F Cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined in bracket, over head tank covers with brackets ,gully traps, grating, railing,frames,manhole covers,fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters exc 5kg each and similar articles all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing factory made RCC precast cement concrete grade M-30 cover slab of size 450mmx900mmx75mm thick size set in cement mortar 1:6 including reinforcement of 8mm dia deformed bars @150mm c/c both ways etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work of framed brackets of Angles and ladder of watertanks and similar work flats cut to shape ,drilled and countersunk for screw, as in supports for stiffening of fencing, grating of open drain and including bending ,welding angles as necessary similar works confirming to Fe 290 or Gde-E165 and complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding but not backing complete all as specified.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white /coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bet of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces size 6 to 7 mm thick 300x200 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous chine squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580x440mm white with 'P' or 'S' trap front or back inlet including footrest (excluding fluxing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 10 ltr, PVC, valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level/ high level including inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

-do- all as per item 70 above but except stones complete all as specified and directed. Note- Serviceable stones obtained vide item No 45 shall be reused after removing mortar and cleaning with water complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M/L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick walls surface finishing even and smooth (with out using extra cement)etc complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishes the surfaces even and smooth without extra cement coat including using water proofing compound 2% by weight of cement etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note :-Supply only water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone and dressing face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto courses surface n exc 20 mm complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone coping including framed work for man holes etc including weathering ,slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path complete all as spd and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding, path etc incl finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base ( 75mm thick ) finished even and fair all as specified.

M& L for 80mm thick Machine pressed precast paver block M-40 grade laid over sand cushioning after consolidation set and levelled the paver block on proper level with inter locking and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment (LAQUER FINISH) etc complete all as specified and as directed Note: sand cushion will be measured separetely .Make - Super tiles/NITCO Tiles/VITCO tiles

Cleaning of PVC Water tank at any height ( on accessible/inaccessible on roofs) by removing all scale, dirt, mud ,any foreign material and removing accumulated silt, other dirty substance,algae, fungus and other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank cleaning shall be done by draining / pumping out water/sludes from bottom removing edge and another growth from wall / floor / roof by high pressure cleaning method with jet set and again claening the tank with fresh water .Disinfecting by using UV radiator and approved chemical ( chloriten) After cleaning writing letter/ figures an black ground with white enamel paint of any capacity cleaning of PVC every six months:- (i) Date of cleaning. (ii) Next due date of cleaning. (iii) Remove of the existing lettering / figures completely.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 39,695.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
