Providing services for operation of electric driven sewage pump sets and periodical maintenance in single shift with two operator (FGM) each shift of 08 hrs (from 0900 to 1700 hrs) (including Sunday's & Holiday's) complete all as specified and as directed for the following type / capacity of pump sets. (a) New Sewage Pump House near Clear Water Pump House. (i) Non clog submersible sewage pump set 25 HP. Make : Kirloskar No of pump set - 01 No. (ii) Non clog vertical sewage type pump set 20 HP capacity. Make : Kirloskar. No of pump set - 01 No and (b) New Sewage Pump at Pratap Nagar. (i) Non clog centrifugal type set 15 HP capacity. Make - Kirloskar. No of pumps - 01 No. (ii) Non clog centrifugal type set 7.5 HP capacity. Make - Kirloskar. No of pumps - 01 No. (c) Pratap Nagar Old Sewage Pump House. (i) Non clog submersible sewage pump set 20 HP. Make - Kirloskar No of pump sets - 2 No's. (ii) Non clog submersible sewage pump set 25 HP. Make - Kirloskar. No of pump set - 01 No d) 'K' Block and Rajendra nagar Sewage pump. (i) Non clog centrifugal type pump set 3 HP. Make - Kirloskar No of pump set - 1 No. (ii) Non clog centrifugal type pump set 5 HP capacity. Make - Kirloskar. No of pump set - 01 No. (iii) Submersible sewage pump set 12 HP. Make - Kirloskar No of pump set - 01 No Note for Item no 1 to 5 :1. Rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of minor spares are included in the subject CA. 2. New material/stores provided for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items . 3. Contractor should provide safety shoes,one pair of uniform,helmet,safety glasses &safety gloves etc for each working operator 4. Contractor should provide torch light,grass cutting blade,01 No .axe,first aid box etc for each plant. 5 The Employed labours are wholely responsible for area cleaning i.e grass removing, complete cleaining of plant rooms and other task given by JE/Engr In Charge. 6. Contractor should provide all consumables like dust cloth, door mat, pen, pencil, pump and sluice valve gland packing, attendance register, Log book, Stationery etc.

(i) Non clog centrifugal type pump set 3 HP. Make - Kirloskar, No of pump set - 1 No (ii) Non clog centrifugal type pump set 5 HP capacity. Make - Kirloskar. No of pump set - 01 No. (iii) Submersible sewage pump set 30 HP. Make - Kirloskar. No of pump set - 01 No (iv) Submersible sewage pump set 10 HP. Make - Kirloskar. No of pump set - 01 No (v) Gen set diesel engine driven of capacity 5 KVA capacity - 01 No. Make : Kirloskar / Cummins. Note - No extra payment for operating DG set in case of power failure will be made and diesel for running the DG set will be issued under Sch 'B' as "Free for filling".

(iii) Sludge pump vertical coupled with 05 HP induction motor - 02 No's. Make NGEF . (iv) Gen set diesel engine driven of capacity 62.5 KVA capacity - 01 No. Make : Kirloskar / Cummins. Note - No extra payment for operating DG set in case of power failure will be made and diesel for running the DG set will be issued under Sch 'B' as "Free for filling".
