S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) andhanging; also fastening and fixing complete of Fe 410-W (GdeE- 250) qualityA

Supply only chain link fencing, MS galvanised of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Fixing only chain lnk fencing including line wires, any mesh, size, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed Note : chain link fencing shall be measured and paid separately as " supply only"

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any descriplain, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide chrome primer all as specified and as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base of solids

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments ove 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified

M&L for filleting section of fillet exc 25 but n.exc 50 sq cm in cement mortar 1;3 in any shape in cement mortar.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 65 x 125 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60(Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for Preparing newely plastered surface and primng with alkali resistant priming paint and applying 2 coats of oil bound distemper on walls over 3 mm thk wall care putty

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces including removal of old paint and preparation of surface all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay on PCC pillars or on any position MS pipe 100 mm dia (heavy duty), Apply two coats with black paint over one coat of red oxide primer externally on the pipe line complete including testing and commissioning to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 200 mm MS Pipe (heavy duty) including rubber gasket packing suitable nuts, bolts, washers all fittings like brackets of any angle, short pices, welding the flanges to MS pipe complete.

S&F in replacement sluice valve class PN-I heavy duty with flanged ends having high stainless steel spindle , cast iron wheel , with shut down and open direction & marked on wheel . (IS-14846-2000) and fixing up complete by providing rubber insertion sheet,nut, bolt, washer etc complete of 150mm dia .

All as per item Ser No- 3 but size 100 mm .

S&F in repairs Non return butterfly valves of size 150mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete

M&L for sub main wiring drawing through PVC casing and capping with Wiring alongwith earth wire size 2x1.5 sq. mm + 1x1.5 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required .Note:- Two run of 1.5 sqmm wire and One run of 1 sqmm wire and One run of PVC casing caping will be measured as one running meter.

Supply and fix FR LSH PVC insulated cable 1100 V grade with multistranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm single core conductor all as specified and directed by Engineer-In -Charge at site

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5core. Including taking down ikd unserviceble cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as ditrected.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft /disintigraded rock for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.10 Herein before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay on PCC pillars or on any position MS pipe 150 mm dia (heavy duty), Apply two coats with black paint over one coat of red oxide primer externally on the pipe line complete including testing and commissioning to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 150 mm dia MS Pipe fittings including Flange , rubber gasket packing suitable nuts, bolts, washers all fittings like brackets of any angle, short pices, welding the flanges to MS pipe complete.

S&F in replacement Pumping sets, centrifugal, electric driven of discahgre rate 230 M3/Hrs @ 25 mtr head with TEFC Sq cage motor ,3 phase 415 volts 1450 rpm including standard accessories 25 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for disconnecting carefully and dismantling the pump set from motor unit and opening complete pump set, cleaning replacing of unserviceable parts such as gun metal bushes, rubber packing, MS Nut, Bolts, rubber coupling (spider), Air valve and worn out parts etc and reassembling, re-installing commissioning and testing for satisfactory running complete all as specified and as directed for 25 HP capacity of pumps. Note :- Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only"

M & L for rewinding electric motor 25 HP by dismantling from cable connection pump set and foundation, dismantling complete motor removing all parts thoroughly removing burnt copper wire with new one and rewinding motor 3 phase 415 with same gauge, same No of turns of super enamel copper wire including E class insulating material, varnishing, heating etc re-installing and testing etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for minor unserviceable parts as mentioned/ required for repairs. All other major spares as specified hereinafter will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only brass impeller set suitable for 25 HP capacity centrifugal pump set .

Supply only pump shaft suitable for centrifugal/ monoblock pump set for 25 HP of motors.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for centrifugal pump set of 25 HP pump set:-

Supply only bush for main shaft drive suitable for 25 HP pump set .

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom and provided 12 mm hole (staggered ) at 75 mm centre up to2.5 meter of length from bottom, burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm length alternate layer of chemical magnesium sulphaste ,charcoal and salt upto ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthinglead upto 7.5 mtrs by means of nut and bolt ,check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40 mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed incl dismentling existing unsserviciable earthing . Note :- Test report will be provided by the contractor after completion of earthing .
