Material & labour for repair to Spalling of concrete, damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall, slab by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating etc, Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits , Apply rust remover for rust free bars, apply Dr. fixit Epoxy zinc primer over the cleaned rebars and allow it to dry before pouring of Dr Fixit micro concrete or equivalent , appllying one coat of Dr fixit epoxy bonding agent before pouring of mix concrete, providing and laying of micro concrete at least upto 20mm thickness (average) by using the recommended water powder ratio mix the microconcrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including watertight shuttering at any position including necessary curing and remocal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Rate of rust remover, Epoxy zinc primer, Epoxy bonding agent and micro concrete is included in this item.

Material & labour cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping,roof curve of masonary wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolition of old concrete and removal of debris outside MD land as directed including necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed.

Material & labour for applying rustic texture paint of 3mm thick of desired finish as approved by GE over a coat of exterior wall primer which includes preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint , grease , growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and watering and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil emlusion distemper over a coat wall care putty of 3mm thick and alkali primer on the existing surface, any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (compony depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Preparing of old/new surfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by Dr Fixit of Piddilte Industries Ltd. (shade to match the existing paint) incl necessary scaffolding for work all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable aluminium windows with frame, shutters etc complete.

Supply & fixing in repairs powder coated aluminum frame for door ,windows,ventilators etc.with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc.fixed type/louvered window or ventilator without sash bar,aluminum including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips,rubber packing,anodised aluminum snap beading,screws, sliding rollers, Rubber gasket etc.compleate all as specified compleate all as specified. Notes: i) Glazing shall be measured seperately. ii) Item shall be paid as per weight of alluminium section. iii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading,glazing clips,screws, etc., as required which shall not be measured for arriving the weight. iv) the rate shall be inclusive of the locking arrengement including complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surfaces of aluminium work, and including matching the existing surface area. Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads

Material & labour 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Material & labour Marble Baroda green 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polishing) as in skirting/dado/ window cills/ jambs, vertical surface over cement rendering and jointed with grey cement,over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4,including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of marble and making nosing at right angle corner as directed by Engr-in-charge complete.

Extra over granite stone slabs for edge polishing/ chamfering/ noising/ grooves/ bevelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 50mm, low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/Sqcm fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc in repairs.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for any description.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i) Material & labour for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately) (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 5mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Material & labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately) (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (this item shall be measured & paid separately)). Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. Cost of testing is inclued in the rates quoted above.

Cutting holes n exc 150 Sqcm into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone walls and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required after inserting and setting spouts all as specified.

Material & labour for GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor complete all as specified and direced by EIC.

Material & labour for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round including painting with anticorrosive paint. Note- All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with PCC

Material & labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

Material & labour Injection grouting in RCC slab shall be cast/laid to the slope as directed/as per site conditions. After RCC slab is laid, cured and fully set, water shall be ponded in the sunken slab portion as per specified ponding test. The location of seepage/leakage, if any, shall be identified and marked. The portion of the slab where leakage/seepage is observed shall be repaired with grouting at contractor's expences. The area of dripping/leakage shall be cleaned to expose the surface. Mark the spots for injection grouting. If leakage is through a crack, mark grouting points along the crack in a staggered manner. If the leakage is across the area mark grouting spots in a grid pattern. Drill grouting holes so as to neatly fit the injection packers. Drilling to be done at an angle of 45 to the plane of grouting surface. Fix PVC/MS nozzles in the low viscosity, polyurethane resin/epoxy grout using a grouting pump. Repeat the process after 1 or 2 days if the leakage continues at some point. allow to cure for 24 hours and seal the grouting holes appropriately using epoxy putty etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous china squatting pan 'Orrisa Pattern' size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest including connecting and necessary provision of lime concret complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply & fixing in repair white vitreous china washed down water closet pan, (pedestal pattern), white, with and including P/S Trap, PVC solid type seat cover etc, fixed in repair complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing in repair 10 litres capacity PVC low level flushing cistern of approved make including ball valve, syphon set, inlet and outlet pipe complete

Removing and refixing high or low level fluslhing cistern (exclusive of brackets), and connections to pipes and fixing of chain and pull, or lever, if any

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc. 1000 & n exc. 5000 liter capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for any description complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening Surfaces of old Concrete Floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc brussing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs/pading or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edegs using Pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit as per manufacturer's instruction or equivalent approved availabale from list of manufacturers complete all as specified. [Note :- Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately].

Supply only Water proofing chemical complete all as specified and directed. Pidiproof LW+ of Dr. Fixit or technocommercial equivalent make given in Appx B approved makes available from the list of manufacturers.

Material and Labour for the roof surface thoroughly wire brushed, washed and dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive bituminous primer, apply bituminous based cold applied primer @ 270 to 300 gms/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP all as per manufacturers instructions. Laying 5 layered 4 mm thick APP (A tactic poly propylene) modified membrane reinforced with 180 GSM (Gms/Sqm) of non woven polyester mat, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane with an overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction and applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on APP sheet incl removal of old damaged APP sheets and removing from MD land complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work built cement mortar of any position as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & labour Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for PCC.1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in coping including weathering, slightly, rounded, chemfered, angle and throating etc. all as specified

Material & Labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner gith in cement concrete using using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends all as Specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and remove from MoD land.

Material and Labour for 08-09 mm thick digital heavy-duty unglazed coloured vitrified out door tiles in size (300mm x 300mm), with anti-skid, high chemical & stain resistance , high abrasion resistance, low water absorption very high colour resistance etc properties set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified as directed. (Design and colours shall be approved by GE)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing factory made precast moulded and vibro compacted RCC manhole cover with necessary handles of size 900 x 450 x 100mm placed in position where ever required as directed by Engineer in Charge. Man hole cover shall be of "BMC" pattern, precast slab as in RCC M-30 manufactured by locally availabale manufacturer as approved

Material & labour for Steel rolling shutters 1mm thickness of lath sheet without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete; gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle as in repair incl removal of old rolling shutter to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness, including Nainatal or similar pattern roof coverings.

Material & labour for pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile srtength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws at any height including necessary scaffolding including dismantling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Supply & fixing mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections Fe 410 -W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated)

Supply & fixing for rolled mild steel plates of Grade Fe 410-W (Gde- E-250) quality-A as in connecting plates, base plate etc. welding etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified

Fixing for chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire and including necessary nut and bolts, includinng dismantling complete all as specified and as directed.
