Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of set of indoor type Vacuum circuit breakers having two Incoming VCB and one outgoing VCBs, with bus coupler (to perfect mixing of two 11 KV independent supply for capacity 11 KV, 630 Amp, 3 Phase, 3 wire, 50 Hz, having a fault level of 350 MVA at 11 KV , 13.1 KA for 1 sec breaking capacity with CT/PT totally enclosed single bus bar for each phase, floor mounting, metal clad, Indoor extensible type flush fronted, Draw out type, horizontal/vertical isolation type with Electrical and Mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter gear including padlocking arrangement, isolation plugs, assembly of 3 vaccum interrpupters, with epoxy support insulations and self - aligning finger type isolating contacts, truck having integral racking with necessary interlocks ( for insertion and withdrawal of VCB), manual and automatic motor charged independent closing/ tripping spring , trip free operating mechanism with closing and tripping push buttons and mechanical breaker ,including Free standing , circuit breaker shall have earth protection system for all the three compartment viz, CB, Bus bar and cable , circuit breaker panel shall be confirming to IEC 62271-100 and IEC 62271-200 and all standard fitting and accessories for Incoming, Out going and Bus coupler (Set of 3 Nos of VCB & Bus Coupler )

Note:- (i) General arrangement diagram of HT Panel to be approved from GE by Contractor. (II) Factory inspection of VCBs shall be carried out by rep of GE, prior to dispatch from OEM Permises (iii) SEI inspection shall be carried out before precommissioning of VCBs and the cost of manpower material, relay setting alignment etc required for test deemed to be included in quoted rate

Supply of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 32 mm dia with 250 micron ( average ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF ECO SAFE compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set incl Supply of Eco Friendly weather proof High Density Polyethylene Earth Pit Chamber Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.
