Supply and fixing GI tubing (ISI Marked), light grade for cable protection with all necessary fittings as required, laid in trenches, under road/floors or on electric poles complete all as specified and directed of size :- (a) 50 mm bore

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying cables / pipes / erection of poles etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in soil including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply Fabricate, install, connect, test and commission Outdoor type double door dust & Vermin proof LT electrical panel board, CPRI approved 1100 volts, 50 Hz AC supply, fully compartmentalised for cable chamber and busbar chambers with adequate space made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing like all over body, front and back cover with hinges and aldrops with DC locks CRCA powder coated and 2.0 mm thick MS Sheet for non load bearing and portions, complete with one coat of powder coating including suitable angle iron/ flat iron frame work/ supports bottom 50x50x6 mm MS channel as base and chamber for metering equipment complete suitable for mounting following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity aluminium strip/ rods insulated and connection wirings with FRLS copper conductor complete mounted on PCC pillars foundation, arrangements for bus bar trunking system, cable connection using new lugs complete with danger notice all as specified and comprising of the followings:- Note: (i) Existing cables which removed from old panel board will be fixed with new lugs during fixing in new panel board (as if required) (ii) Getting of approval for Panel board drawing from Engr-in-Charge is necessary before fabrication. (iii) All swith gears should be fixed with 06 mm thick Fibre sheet. Incoming: (a) LED/Neon indicator bulb in RYB Colour - 1 Set. (b) 4 No aluminium Bus bar 300 amps with chamber. (c) Digital Multi function meter for showing Amps (upto 200 Amps) and Voltage (upto 500 voltage) with suitable CT and PT (d) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, 200 Amps 36 KA Manual Drawout type with microprocessor release of capacity 200 Amps - 01 Nos. Out going: (e) MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, , 63 Amps 25 KA - 04 Nos (f) suitable cable gland for cable

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with with 600 mm x 60 mm x 6.15 mm thick, galvanized steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level),with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level connected to and including G.I strip of size 25mm x 4 mm by means of bolts/nuts/check nuts and washers of galvanized steel, GI Strip encased in and including 40 mm bore GI light grade protection pipe starting from top edge of the earth plate laid in ground/floors fixed on wall. GI strip to be connected with LT Panel with provision of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate 15 cm layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/strata, provision of concrete earth pit using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 including RCC cover using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 20 mm dia GI light grade with wire mesh and tunel for watering arrangement, complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I includig testing after completion of earth complete all as specified. Note : GI strip & GI Pipe upto 7.5m length is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc.removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors and roofs etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sub main wiring complete including fitting and fixtures, removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, roof etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable DBs any type/size With MCCBs/MCBs/Isolator etc and disconnecting and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as directed.

Taking down light fittings of any specification for taking credit & making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts, FRLS grade with multistranded copper conductor ISI marked drawn through heavy duty PVC conduit concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc. and including provision of 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly including concealed modular flush boxes including Modular box, modular cover plates with frame mounting for housing the switches, socket outlets etc, all as specified and directed. (a) One light point/fan/exhaust fan/ Bell point controlled by one way switch.

(b) One light point controlled by two way switch.

(c) One 3 pin switch socket outlet point 5 Amps on independent board.

(d) One 3 pin switch socket outlet point 5 Amps on same board with other switch.

All as per item above here in before but with copper conductor cable for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 amp independent, with cable 3 core X 4 sqmm size.

M&L for removing the existing ceiling fan and servicing,rewinding, cleaning and spray painting and refixing the same with necessary 3 core wire and accessories all as directed.

Supply and install of Split AC indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit for better indoor air quality of capacity 2 TR 5 star including Stand for outdoor unit & additional 5 mtr drain pipe, 3 pin power plug pin top including dust filter, air purifier, 3.5 meter lenhth connecting pipe of copper and 3.5 meter connecting cable complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix suction and discharge copper tubing pipe 3/8" and 5/8" for split type AC including provision of insulation on tubing, PVC insulated flexible multistranded copper cable 3 core 2.5 sqmm all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PVC drain pipe for additional length as required on site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs,chajjas etc. reinforced for making holes for split AC piping including making good the disturbed surfaces and proper lean cement packing etc. all as directed.
