Taking down Existing Aluminium door/windows of any size and description and refixing in same opening after repair/replacement of unserviceable fittings such as rollers /locking arrangements , neoprene beading etc to make the existing windows functional and making good disturbed surfaces all as directed by Engr-In-Charge

S&F powder coated Aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws, 5mm th glass(Plain/frosted) and all necessary arrangements including frame for chowkate etc. complete all as specified

M&L for powder coated aluminium two track, two shutters (of equal width), sliding type windows without sash bars including necessary jointing clips, rubber packing, neoprene rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading, screws, aluminium fittings, handles, locking arrangement (star lock), bearings (two No's for each sliding shutters) & 4.00mm thick plain glass for glazing with & including following powder coated sections as given in 'JINDAL' catalogue complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) Frame (Bottom) -20956 (ii) Frame (Top & Side)-20966 (iii) Shutter sertical (Handle lock)-20846. (iv) Shutter vertical (Int lock)-20845.(v) Shutter (Top)-20844. (vi) Shutter (Bottom)-20847. Note :- (i) The window opening shall be provided with two shutters of equal width. (ii) The shutters shall be placed in such a manner that at a time the entire width of window can be utilized as fully glazed window. (iii) The thickness of the powder coating shall not be less than 0.5 micron & the tint shall be as decided by GE. (iv) Sealing the gap of frame with Jamb and Cill (alround) using silicon gel at the rate of 0.05 lit/m for both faces of window.

M&L for powder coated aluminium three track and three shutter (of equal width) sliding type window without sash bars including necessary jointing clips, rubber packing, neoprene rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading, screws, aluminium fittings, handles, locking arrangement (star lock), bearings two No's for each shutter with 4.00mm thick sheet glass for glazing shutters & stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40mm for wire gauge shutters including following powder coated sections as given in 'JINDAL' catalogue complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) Frame (Bottom)-20620. (ii) Frame (Top & Side)-20621. (iii) Shutter vertical (Handle lock)-20846. (iv) Shutter vertical (Int lock)-20845. (v) Shutter (Top)-20844. (vi) Shutter (Bottom)-20847. Note :- (i) The window opening shall be provided with three shutters of equal width. (ii) Two shutters shall be glazed shutters & one shutter shall be with stainless steel wire cloth all as specified hereinbefore. (iii) The shutters shall be placed in such a manner that at a time the entire width of window can be utilized as fully glazed window and at time the same can be utilized as partly glazed and partly gauzed window. (iv) The thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 0.5 micron & the tint shall be as decided by GE. (v) Sealing the gap of frame with Jamb and Cill (alround) using silicon gel at the rate of 0.05 lit/m for both faces of window.

S&F Powder coated aluminium alloy curtain rod of any size including fancy type brakets all as directed by Engg-in-charge

S&F 12mm th toughned glass doors of any size and design with suitable stainless steel patch fittings, locking arrangement, floor springs and 02/04 Nos 300mm long matt finish handles (fancy type) including necessary acid washing/scratching and with complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated fixed type ventilator without sash bar, centre to centre distance of horizontal members not exc 60 cm & vertical members not exc 45 cm with 4 mm thick plain sheet glass,rubber packing with & including following powder coated section as given in 'JINDAL' catalouge complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Frame (SP) -20052 (ii) Frame (DP) - 20051 (iii) Glazing clip - 19352

S&F aluminium powder coated ventilator partly fixed and partly louvered type without sash of bars, section as per designation 63400 of IS 737, frame and intermediate made out of aluminium section of size 50.80 x 25.40 x 0.95 mm (Catalogue No 14027 of M/s Jindal) including necessary heavy duty louvers (adjustable with locking arrangements), jointing clips, rubber packing, anodised snap beading, screws alongwith 4.00mm thick pin headed glass for louvers and glazing etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The thickness of the powder coating shall not be less than 0.5 micron & the tint shall be as decided by GE. (ii) Sealing the gap of frame with Jamb and Cill (alround) using silicon gel at the rate of 0.05 lit/m for both faces of window.

S&F for 4 mm Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing as in Aluminiu windows, Doors, Ventilators etc in square/ rectangular shape n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including taking out and removal of old glass all as directed.

S&F for 5 mm Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing as in Aluminiu windows, Doors, Ventilators etc in square/ rectangular shape exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including taking out and removal of old glass all as directed.

S&F in Repairs galvanised steel steel wire cloth, 0.63 nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed to wooden skeleton shutter/ Aluminium windows all as directed.

S&F Aluminum powder coated partitions, partly panelled & partly glazed with 12 mm thick both side laminated MDF board in bottom panel and 5mm thick tinted glass in top panel fixed with clips, aluminium beads, rubber gaskets etc., centre to centre distance of vertical member shall n.exc 1mtr and horizontal members shall n.exc 1.10 mtr using following aluminum powder coated section as mentioned in Jindal Catalogue complete all as specified & as directed :- (a) SP – 20048 (b) DP - 20047 (c) Glazing clips - 19352

S&F in repair Aluminium (extruded section body) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed in repair

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work in single piece (table rubbed and polished) in steps, floors, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade over and including 20mm thick CM (1:6) bedding layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of ceiling surface and applying two coats of white wash etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and to be finished even and smooth(without using extra lime or cement)

M&L for Preparing newely plastered surface and primng with alkali resistant priming paint and applying 2 coats of oil bound distemper on walls over 3 mm thk wall care putty

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets/Aluminium snap grid

M&L for powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, with aluminium angle 25mmx25mmx1.5mm fixed to perimeter of wall, Main 'T' runner 38mmx25mmx1.5mm and secondary/cross 'T' runner 25mmx25mmx1.5mm to be interlocked in such a way that the size of grid shall be 605mmx 605mm including 6mm dia GI hangers (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm, 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long, icluding romoving and refixing of existing fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The thickness of the powder coating shall not be less than 0.5 micron & the tint shall be as decided by GE.

S&F 4 mm thick Non Asbestos (E-board) designer tiles (Electra) suitably fixed in false ceiling grid /frame with staples or screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 40mm thick Solid PVC Sandwich wall Paneling with 1mm Plain PVC Sheet on both sides suitably fixed in M.S. angle frame work as per specification & drawing inclduing removing old partuituion of any type any size

M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls,Pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface up to 15M height from ground level incldng removing and refixng wall paintngs boards and panels of any descripton complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.
