Supply and install Cassette type units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit ,twin rotary compressor, 3.0 TR Cassette type unit with 4 way/ round air flow including all necessary fittings and mountings as specified by the manufacturer single phase units 220V - 240V, 50 Hz of capacity as shown of capacity 3.0 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Copper tubing of dia 1/2" or 5/8'' for suction line suitable for 1.5/2/3 Ton AC including thermal insulation and other brass fitting, fixing into wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Copper tubing of dia 1/4" or 3/8'' for discharge line suitable for 1.5/2/3 Ton AC including thermal insulation and other brass fitting, fixing into wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix suitable size PVC pipe, heavy duty for drain out of condensing water of split type air conditioner including cutting of floors or making hole in wall and making good the disturbed portion after laying pipe etc to match the existing surface with original specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated iron stand for supporting the outer unit set of two of split air conditioning including all accessories required for fitting/hanging the stand into the wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Energy efficient water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven , single phase, having approx storage capacity 80 ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 40 liters per Hour with RECIP Compressor working on R-134 (a) refrigerant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Energy efficient water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven , single phase, having approx storage capacity 120 ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 60 liters per Hour with RECIP Compressor working on R-134 (a) refrigerant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Energy efficient water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven , single phase, having approx storage capacity 150 ltrs and nominal cooling capacity of 150 liters per Hour with RECIP Compressor working on R-134 (a) refrigerant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Bottle Cooler single phase 240 volt, 50 Hz of 400 Bottle Capacity or near higher capacity min 3 star frost free convertible refrigerator working with latest Eco friendly refrigerant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Refrigerator, electric driven (Single phase) of capacity 305 Ltrs or near higher capacity, double door, min 3 star frost free, double door convertible refrigerator working with latest Eco friendly refrigerant complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with1100 Volts, grade FRLS, 2.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) wire/cable for phase and neutral for 3 Pin 5, 3 pin 15 amp socket on independent board including PVC Capping Casing (medium duty) 20 mm or higher size complete with all accessories with concealed pressed iron/steel suction box of thickness 1.2mm for mounting of switch socket combination with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover incl one 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable, FRLS 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor upto common earth & connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 Amp flush type universal SP 250 Volt AC complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 Single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty copper conductor multistranded of size 4 Sqmm (nominal area) drawing in and including 20 mm dia PVC Capping Casing Including one single core green colour PVC Insulated unsheathed cable copper conductor multistranded of size 4.0 Sq mm as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly complete incl taking out old unserviceable submain complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs sheet metal enclosure SPN with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp 10 KA C series complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC Insulated unsheathed copper conductor 3 core 2.5 Sqmm round sheathed multicore industrial cable for voltage grade upto 1100 complete all as specified and directed.
