M&L forCement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type D2 1:4:8 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 Beams (design mix), cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M-25 design mix concrete for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in the shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing excavated soil/rock exceeding 250 m and not exceeding 500 m and depositing where directed

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block type C1,1:3:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using ready mix plaster finished even and fair finishes without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel work in tubular pipes including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.11611979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary & counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment GDE Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut, but length of bolts exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long of Diameter of shank 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, sunshades/chajjas etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified

S& F 10-12 mm thick PVC ceiling approved texture, design and patterns fixed with neccesary metal framing all as self tapping screw as per manufacturer instruction and complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium flat as in wind tie fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex Ultima or equivalent) with approved colour and pattern over a coat of primer as on walls of Bldgs of any height including necessary and procedure complete all as specified and directed. Note : Safety precautions scaffolding and safety measures like rope, safety belts, helmets, ladder etc shall be responsibility of contractor

M&L for broken stone and hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate)as in sub floor,finished veven and smooth and rough to top layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick kota stone flooring over 15mm thick cement screed bed as sub base c.m 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement and pigment to match the colour of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polsihing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Powder coated hermatically sealed manual swing door with 1.6/2mm thickness of LEAD Sheet. Remaining all features are same as X ray doors. M & L for point wiring complete with and including 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core multi stranded copper conductorPVC insulated but unsheated FRLS cable 1100 Volts drawn in to and including PVC on surface of suitable dia includings sunken to wall including its accessories such as tee, bend ,elbow, socket on wall complete and also making good the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling by cement mortar 1:4 including painting to existing surfaces and also including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 V grade as earth wire modular box including cover plate of suitable size for housing modular switch, socket, regulators etc complete for the following:-

Taking down old submain wiring and M&L for sub main wiring with four single core multistranded PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS Cable of size 4 sqmm 1100 volt grade drawn into PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia including 4 sqmm. PVC multi standard copper conductor FRLS cable in green colour for continious earthing including taking down old unserviceable/burnt wiring of any type or size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Four single core cable, earth wire and conduit / casing capping shall be measured as one length.

Supply and Fix for fixing or passing through pipe, laid in trenches or fixed to pole/wall or fixed to LT panel board, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 6 sqmm 2 core including aluminium cable gland, nut bolts washers & lugs complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe line in soft / loose soil and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed

Removing excavated meterial to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for natural dry river sand cushioning including spreading, levelling and hand punning to underground cable in trench complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.
