M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper, over a coat of primer, over two coat of wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old external surface of wall applying one coats of exterior grade weather resistant, antifungal acrylic latex paint on walls, chajjah after filling of cracks using crack filler complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted wood surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood surfaces of any description having width/girth execeeding 10cm and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description having width/girth exceeding 10cm and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description having width or girth exceeding 10 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering in patches 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on walls and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering in patches 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for rendering in patches 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 on external surface of brick walls surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on ceiling and applying three coat of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including 3.00 mm thick white cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Application of primer and paint shall be done by the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and a certificate to this effect shall be produced by the contractor.

M&L for preparation of new external surface of wall applying two coats of exterior grade weather resistant, antifungal acrylic latex paint over one coat of acrylic primer on walls, chajjah after filling of cracks using crack filler complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for obilatering old writing of any description, n exc 0.1 sq m, with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Sl item No 1 to 23 :- (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders & cradles required for execution of the work and protective works. (ii) Necessary spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes and cleaning of the doors/windows and floors after carrying out painting shall be made by the contractor. (iii) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary shifting of tables, movable cupboards and other articles required for execution and placing in same position after completion of the work. (iv) Unit rate quoted shall also include for removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc to match with the existing surfaces. (iv) 50% materials will be deposited by contractor in MES store & same issue as work progress
