Ditto- all as per item No. 1.00 above but for goods lift (1000 Kgs) installed in A-85 Bldg serving G+7 floors (08 floor)with all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge Notes for item No 1.00 to 4.00 :- (i) The Contractor has to carry out the AMC of the Lifts through OEM only. (ii) The AMC should cover any / all parts of Lifts if its functions found defective the same should be repaired or replaced by the OEM as per the timeline covered under norms. (iii) One mechanic shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell for safe & smooth functioning of the lifts and rates quoted shall deemed to be included for the same. (iv) Rewinding of motor if required will be done by the contractor and no extra cost will be given by the department. (v) The detailed lift mechanics shall sign (Their shift wise) in the attendance register kept with lift cell. If he is found absent of move without intimating to incharge of lift cell (JE EM), he will be treated as absent for this said shift and recovery shall be made @ Rs 1500/- per shift . (vi) Cost of minor spare parts/ routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate except items mentioned here-in-after. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares/ routine material. (vii) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (viii) All minor spare parts and parts required for repair/ replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment. (ix) Bidders are to submit license from Govt. of Maharashtra for maintenance & erection of lifts issued by chief electrical inspector. (x) Liift mechnic shall having Diploma qualification with at least 02 (Two) years practical experience and thorough knowledge of all parts of lifts including knowledge to rescue the passenger in case of emergency like anybody getting trapped in lifts with the help of lift operator.

Supply and Fixing in repairs car operating panel assembly for 08 Passenger Lifts with illuminated push button for floor position alarm non stop ,DOOR CLOSE ,DOOR OPEN, CABIN FAN, CABIN LIGHT, stop, attend, out key etc in and including direction indicator with 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate with thickness of not less than 2.5mm( 304 grade) duly connecting with existing control and electric system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs landing push button assembly including control/electric connection complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with 7 segment LED display with LPI/ LPC card of stainless steel face plate to match with the existing card/ control system, including cutting of wall and making good disturbed surfaces with masonry work to match with existing surface suitable for 08 Passenger Lifts installed in INS Angre A 85 Building (G+7) floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs shaft wiring in hoist way upto lower limit switch with PVC insulated with multi stranded copper conductor cable 0.75 Sqmm & 1.00 Sqmm for earthing, 1100 volts grade drawing through in and including galvanised sheet metal trunking (24Swg) up to ground floor in hoist way for control of all floor hall push button assembly, limit switches, terminal switches, fireman switches etc duly earthed at all points installed in INS Angre A 85 Building complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
