M&L for servicing of HT VCB/SF6, 22/11 KV circuit breaker of any capacity after disconnecting HT supply for servicing, repair, replacement of defective/worn out componenets and reassembling complete compreising of the following including testing and commissioning to the entire satisfication of Engr-in-Chage:- (a) Dismantling the HTCB from the enclosure consisting of vacuum interrupter assembly, socket contacts checking the serviceability of the parts carefully including cleaning, adjustments, replacement of defective/worn out parts and reassembling the units complete. (b) Cleaning the external surface of bushings with cleaner or liquid amonia to remove the accumulation of dirt or any other deposits, inspection of bushings and make sure that vibration due to breaker operation have not caused the busings to move resulting misalingment of contacts.

(c) Checking the vaccum interrupter assembly and contacts, checking the alignment of contacts and setting the contact surfaces to bare firm and unitorm pressure and adjustment the gap as per manufacturers tolerance and replacement of badly spotted contacts. (d) Checking the breaker bushing of bus bar and circuit side inspecting the internal surface carefully for any charging/trackings, replacement of bushings etc. (e) Dismantling the spring charging mechaniism of the HTCB, checking the operatings of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electricall as well as manually charging including cleaning adjustments and replacement of defective/worn out parts reassembling complete.

(e) Dismantling the spring charging mechaniism, checking the operatings of the closing/tripping through closing/tripping coils electrically as well as manually charging including cleaning adjustments and replacement of defective/worn out parts reassembling complete.
