S&F for rolled steel section/ ms plates as in Posts, trusses (framed) Purlins, Rafters, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections of Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) qualit-A including fixed with welded/ rieveted joints or distance pieces, cleats etc.

S&F for rollled steel section as wind ties over roof sheet including securing with bolts/J hooks or self tapping screw at any height including necessary scaffolding etc all as directed Enngineer-in-charge

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any design/colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws at any height all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering and rain gutter fixed with self tapping screws over connected structure all as directed and as specified.

Material and labour for preparing wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old/ new plastered surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment on old plastered wall including removing fungus/ algae dirt, oil, grease and loose particles by wire brush, cleaning, washing and removing dust and cracks more than 5mm shall be sealed with "Pidilite URP" manufactured by DR Fixit or with "Plaster seal" manufactured by STP and cracks more than 2mm and less than 5mm shall be sealed with " crack X powder" manufactured by Dr.Fixit or "Plaster seal" manufactured by STP and applying primer and two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating of approved shade/colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Primer shall be "Prime seal" manufactured by DR Fixit or "Plaster seal" manufactured by STP. (ii) Water proofing decorative elastomeric coat shall be Rain coat DFT 100 manufactured by Dr Fixit or Shalicry 215 manufactured by STP. (iii) The rate of application of primer and waterproofing coat shall be as per manufacturers instructions. (iv) A time gap of eight hours shall be maintained between the application primer and each water proof coat after application of sealant. (v) Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary scaffolding for execution of the same.

M&L for preparing old steel surfaces and apllying two coats of black anti corrosive bitumastic paint of approved make including removing corrosion to give an even shade up to any height all as directed and specified.

S&F rolled section as in end purlins to receive galvalume boarding, fixed with self tapping screws, fastenings and bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections of Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) qualit-A including distance pieces, cleats etc.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for Rendering 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 in two layer on external wall surfaces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth all as directed and specified.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces and apllying two coats of black anti corrosive bitumastic paint of approved make to give an even shade up to any height all as directed and specified.

M& L for Cutting channels, grooves or rebates n exc 15cm girth, and trimming wall surface to receive galvalume sheet over plastered wall

M&L cement filleting in CM 1:4 in roof sectional area n.exc 25 sqcm in repair.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as in rain water pipes including suitable fixing clamps all as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

Material and labour for preparing wall surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down existing treatment, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots by high speed jet wash and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer over and including 3 coats of 3mm thick Birla white wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of existing treatment, preparing ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling up to any height complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new or old prepared wallsurfacessurfaces.
