TENDER NOTICE PRICE AGREEMENT (PA) FOR REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF NAV RADAR MANTA FITTED ONBOARD TALWAR & TEG CLASS OF IN SHIPS 1. Online bids are invited on Two bid system for “PRICE AGREEMENT (PA) FOR REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF NAV RADAR MANTA FITTED ONBOARD TALWAR & TEG CLASS OF IN SHIPS”. Manual bids shall not be accepted. 2. Tender documents may be downloaded from DPP web site as per the schedule as given in CRITICAL DATE SHEET as under (Timing indicated is as per 24 hour clock). Published Date 13 Aug 2019 (1500 Hrs) Bid Document Download / Sale Start Date 14 Aug 2019 (0900 Hrs) Bid Submission Start Date 14 Aug 2019 (0900 Hrs) Bid Submission End Date 02 Sep 2019 (1200 Hrs) Bid Opening Date 03 Sep 2019 (1300 Hrs) 3. Cost of Tender Document will be Rs. 500 (non-refundable) in the form of DD/ Banker cheque (not personal cheque) in favour of The PCDA (Navy), Mumbai and the same is to be submitted along with the T bid. An Earnest Money Deposit (returnable) of Rs. 5,79,917.00 (Rupees Five Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventeen Only) in form of Bankers Cheque/ DD/ Bank Guarantee. Bids without EMD and Tender Cost will be rejected out rightly. 4. Bids shall be submitted online only at DPP website: Tenderer/ Contractor are advised to follow the instructions provided in the ‘Instructions to the Contractors/ Tenderer for the e-submission of the bids online through the Defence e- Procurement Portal at 5. Bidder who has downloaded the tender from Defence Procurement Portal (DPP) website shall not tamper/modify the tender form including downloaded price bid template in any manner. In case if the same is found to be tempered/modified in any manner, tender will be completely rejected and EMD would be forfeited and tenderer is liable to be black listed and banned from doing further business dealings. 6. Intending tenderers are advised to visit DPP website at least 4 days prior to closing date of submission of tender for any corrigendum/ addendum/ amendment. 7. Bidders are requested to submit hard copy of bidding documents, EMD and tender document cost in tender box as indicated below in two separate sealed envelopes (Technical Bid & commercial Bid) for verification purpose.
