Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate (Natural Sand/ VSI grade finely washed Crushed Sand) conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 milimetre, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor/ by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge, compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing including preparation of sub-grade surface if required etc. complete.

Providing and casting in situ or precast tapering Reinforced Cement Concrete Mix-20 Barrier type Kerb without gutter (as per IRC:86-1983) embedded 125 milimetre below ground level over Mix-10 Plain Cement Concrete finished neatly with Cement Mortar 1:2, setting the same in Cement Mortar 1:2, including the required excavation in any strata and removing the excavated stuff anywhere in city and redoing the surface as specified and directed by Engineering In-charge. Using Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant.

Providing and fixing heavy duty inter locking concrete RUBBER MOULD GLOSSY PAVING BLOCKS of 60 millimeter thickness of having a strength of 400 kilogram per square centimetre of approved quality and shape on a bed of crushed sand of 25 to 30 millimeter thick including striking joints and cleaning etc. complete using 100 percent crushed sand.

Preparing flower Bed::- Excavating the ground to a required depth of 30 cms.Removing & conveying unwanted stuff to a required distance as directed. Filling fresh garden soi & manure in excavated area in 3:1 proportion to a required height of 30 cms Mixing garden soil and manure thoroughly, well, leveling, watering on previous night.Planting seedlings of required annuals 25 cms. apart Maintaining till well established by watering, weedings, Stirring replacing of casualties etc, Complete.

Providing fly ash brick masonary with conventional /Indian Standardtype fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth including bailing out water manually, striking joints, racking out joints, watering and scaffolding complete.

Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using approved screened sand, in all positions including base coat of 15 milimetre thick in cement mortar 1:4 using waterproofing compound at 1 kg per cement bag curing the same for not less than 2 days and keeping the surface of the base coat rough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 milimetre thick in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surface by taking out grains and curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and applying two coats of exterior white weather shield paint of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including cleaning, prepairing the plaster surface, applying primer coat, scaffolding if necessary and watering the surface for two days complete.

Providing coursed rubble masonry first sort for pillars of trap stones in cement mortar 1:6 including pointing with cement mortar 1:3 scaffolding and watering.

Newasa Basalt stone for wall 15 cm thick : Providing and fixing Newasa Basalt stone for wall 15 cm thick( Two line dressed stone of size 0.45x0.30x0.125 to 0.15 and not less than 0.30x0.30x0.15 Mtr, cut in shape and two adjacent sides to be dressed, from Newasa, Dist Ahmednagar) in 1:1 lime mortar in super structure including striking joints and watering complete to the entire satisfaction of the architect (Ashlar Masonary in tichiv style)

Providing and fixing 90 centimetre x 60 centimetre Granite plate engraving 10 centimetre height letter, figures including painting the letters/ figures with approved colour and shade complete.

Providing and applying two coats (exterior quality) of flat oil paint of approved colour and shade to the plastered surface in buildings and workshops including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning the surface and preparing surface etc. complete. (excluding primer coat).

Providing sills of Granite other than makrana 20 milimetre to 25 milimetre thick, on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joints with neat cement slurry, curing, polishing, rounding edges and cleaning complete.

Providing & fixing Reinforced precast-L shape kerb stone:-Using 6 mm 4 number along the karb length and 8mm bar 500mm c/c vertical reinforcement , M-30 grade concrete & diamantions 350mm high,125mmthick with built in base of 187mmX75mm,including 2 numbers of 50mm dia sleeves for services at the top of the base & with top external edge with rounding of 20mm radius in highly superior quality surface & edge finish in 1 meter lengths & painting .(Including excavation for kerbing, lead lift and transportation of excavated material, P.C.C. below kerbing).

Providing and fixing board displaying information, such as 'Name of work, Tender cost, Name of Contractor, Work completion and liability period etc.', having rectangular shape of 1.20 metre x 0.90 metre size made out 18 gauge (1.25 mm.) thick mild steel sheet painted with one coat of Zinc chromate stoving primer and two coats of enamel paint on front side and grey stove enamel on back side and border/ messages/ symbols etc. with approved colour shade paint complete, on Mild Steel angle of size 35 milimetre x 35 milimetre x 3 milimetre frame with properly cross braced Mild Steel angles of size 35 milimetre x 35 milimetre x 3 milimetre duly painted including Two Mild Steel angle iron posts of size 65 milimetre x 65 milimetre x 6 milimetre, 3.65 metre long painted with alternate black and white bands of 25 centimetre width including all fixtures etc. and fixing the boards in 1:4:8 concrete block of size 60 centimetre x 60 centimetre x 75 centimetre including, excavation, refilling, transportation and labour etc. complete.

Stamped Concrete :- Thin overlay approximately 1/32" to 5/16"(thicker application may be nessecery in some situations) of stamped concrete overlays over M-20 concrete of 100mm thick-surface, interior, applied smooth, textured or stamped in various patterns and designs using stamps and semless texture skins, then antiqued, chemically stained or integrally colored and sealed with the appropriate coating. Systems sealers or protective top coats according to the job conditions and specifications. (including the cost of M-20 concrete of 100mm thickness)
