Providing & fixing in position false ceiling in Armstrong 600 x 600 mm x 15/16 mm Dune Supreme RH 99 Prima tile with Tegular edge framework as specified by Armstrong Co. with suspenders wherever required. Making necessary framework for A.C. ducting, if any, and necessary cutouts for diffusers and light fittings, taping and finishing to proper line & level, including making grooves and trap doors for A.C unit in 18mm thick M.R. Grade Plywood with Stainless Steel hinges & locks with moulding 1” x 1” for edges including finishing with White Plastic Emulsion Paint etc. complete in all respects. LOW LEVEL PARTITION FOR CUBICALS

Providing and fixing in position partly glazed low height partition (21/2” thick) in frame work with T.W vertical members at 2’ c/c and 3 horizontal members at equal distance comprising of 2”x 1½” T.W. Section with 6 mm plywood on both sides finished with 1 mm thick laminates of approved make and shade as shown in drawing no.(14) or (3). Item to include 12 mm thick glass (clear/frosted) to be fixed as shown in drawing. The exposed edges of the glass to be finished in mirror polish. T.W runner should be melamine polished in matching colour of laminate etc complete in all respects.

SEMI GLAZED PARTITION WITH DOOR - BRANCH MANAGER CABIN & CASH COUNTER

Providing and fixing in position 7’-7” high partly glazed partition for Cash Cabins as per drawing nos. (2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D & 2-E) including door drawing no.(12) in frame work at 2’ x 2 ‘ grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2” x 1½” T.W. Section and / or as per frame work shown in the drawings with 6mm plywood on both sides finished with 1 mm thick laminates of approved shade and colour as shown in drawings. Item to include 8 mm thick glass with

etching and frosting as per design and 2”x 2”T.W. member for door sides and glass sides and T.W. door frame to take 8 mm thick glass with etching and frosting. The door will be provided with T.W. louvers finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour. The doors are also to be provided with Godrej Night Latch. Two wooden trays are also to be provided as per drawing. Necessary cutouts are to provided in the glass and the edges of the glass cutouts are to be finished in mirror polish. All exposed T.W. surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings/ hardware, door closers, Godrej locks and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and as approved by the Project Consultant/ Bank complete in all respects.

SOLID PARTITION WITH DOOR

Providing & fixing in position solid Full Height Partition in frame work including door in 2’x 2’ grid (horizontally and vertically) comprising of 2”x 1½” T.W. Section with 6 mm thick plywood on both sides finished with 1 mm thick laminates of

approved make and colour as shown in drawing no.17. Item to include 2” x 2” T.W. member for door frame. All exposed T.W. surfaces to be finished in melamine polish of matching laminate colour as directed including all necessary Stainless Steel finish fittings/ hardware, door closers, Godrej locks and wood preservative paint etc. as per list of approved material and as approved by the Project Consultant/ Bank complete in all respects. (Note: In case of false ceiling, the vertical T.W. members to be fixed with pucca ceiling but the area of partition payable will be below the false ceiling only).

MANAGER TABLE ( 5'0" x 2'6" x 2'6" )

CASH COUNTER / SINGLE WINDOW COUNTER

Providing and fixing in position Cash Counter 2’-9” wide as per drawing No.(2-A, 2-B, 2-C, 2-D, 2-E, 2-F) comprising of the following : i)Working top made with 25mm thick plywood finished with 1mm thick laminate. Outside edge of the working top shall be provided with 1¼”X1” Teak Wood moulding finished with melamine polish.Inside edge will be provided with ½ “x1” T.W. beading patti with melamine polish. ii)Vertical facia (Apron) made with 18mm thick plywood finished with 1mm thick laminate with 1mm thick groove at the joint of laminates of two different shades. iii)Vertical drop (horizontal band) shall be provided on the facia below the working top made with 18mm thick plywood finished with 1mm thick laminate with provision for concealed light, 1 mm thick groove shall be provided at the joint of two different shades of laminate. iv)Glazed partition of 1’-4” height above working top provided with 12mm thick toughened and frosted glass besides non-transparent film from inside fixed to partition as per fixing details and to boxing with concealed S. S. finished ‘D’ brackets as shown in the drawing. The exposed edges of the glass shall be finished in mirror polish. v)Transaction top shall be provided with 12mm thick toughened glass (partly glazed partly frosted) fixed horizontally with concealed Stainless Steel D bracket. Both exposed edges (inside and outside) shall be moulded and finished in mirror polish. vi)Glazed partition having height 1’.0” above the transaction top (in facia) shall be provided with 12 mm thick glass (clear) with cut out of 8”x 4” as per drawing. OFFICER / CLERK COUNTER

Providing & fixing officers counter of 2'5" height, 5' length and 2' 6 " width , Counter to be made up of 18mm. thk. Plywood framework and open space for C.P.U. & small drawer above it on other side of Key Board drawer. The counter should have necessary holes of required sizes for wire managers. The counter should have necessary passages & ledges for data cables, electrical cables and telephone lines. The counter should be finished with 1.0mm. Thk. Laminate of approved color & shade from external side and polish from inside. All the exposed edges of plywood including lower edges should have lipping patti. Lipping patti should be finished in polish. The cost should include necessary hardware Moulding .handles & Godrej make drawer locks with common key for cash drawers, footrest etc. complete as per design.

SIDE UNITE

Providing and fixing in position Full height Storage / Low Height Storage/ Back Storage(Credenza) as shown in Drg. No.(8), (9) & (10) respectively using Plywood of required thickness finished with 1mm thick laminates as shown in the drawing and all other sides shall be finished with white enamel paint as detailed therein. The Storage Units shall be provided with handles

STORAGE UNITS

Providing & fixing storage units made up 18 mm. thk. plywood framework, 6 mm. thk. plywood back as required as per design. Good quality blockboard shutters should be fixed on SS heavy hinges Storage units. should be finished with 1.0 mm. thk. laminate from external side & oil paint to non laminate ed surfaces. All exposed edges of plywood should have lipping patti on it. Lipping patti should be finished with French polish on it. The cost should include necessary handles, magnetic catches, Godrej make locks etc. complete as per design.

WRITING DESK

Providing & fixing writing desk made up of 18 thk. Double plywood supports as shown in the drawing. Plywood supports shall be finished in laminate on it. from both sides & to edges with groove (kani) at corners. The frame shall have 6mm thk. Plywood back & it should be finished with laminate. The desk shall have 12mm. thk. Clear glass with plain diamond edge polish & with round corners on front side. 12 thk. Glass shall be fitted with D-brackets on partition & rubber vacuums on plywood supports. The desk shall have 8mm. thk. Clear glass with plain diamond edge polish from all four sides. This glass should be fitted on D-brackets. The writing desk will be of hanging type as shown in the drawing. The rate should be fitted on D-brackets. The writing desk will be of hanging type as shown in the drawing.

MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR PARTITION

Providing and fixing in position Aluminium composite panel Boxing with PVDF coating & LDPE core laminated Eurobond / Altobond/ Alukbond Exterior Grade 4 mm thick with composite of (0.5mm-3mm-0.5mm) including fabrication for the same with aluminium sections, required hardware, silicon sealent (Dow Corning 789) masking tape, necessary scaffolding etc. as detailed in drawing no.(11) complete in all respects.

ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANELING

Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) with framing of Aluminium Tube sections of min 1.5" x 1" and 20 gauge 2'-0" C/C both ways. Mirror screws to be used. Joints to be finished with Silicon based sealant. ACP thickness of 3 mm minimum of approved shade ( SilverGrey or equivalent as per Bank's Layout policy). ACP to be in 2' width panels or distributed equally. Alubond, Eurobond, Fujibond, Alcobond or equivalent ISO certified brands to be used. Shades to be as per bank's approval. Trap door will be 12 mm marine ply finished with ACP for rolling shutter wheel..

WORK TABLE FOR OFFICER ( 4'0" x 2'6" x 2'6" )

Providing & fixing table made up of 18 thk. Comm. Plywood frame. The table should be finished with 1.0 thk. Laminate on exposed plywood frame, inside edge of holes, polish from inside.
