PART-'A' (Officers Club)

Daily cleaning ,sweeping and mopping of toilets including removal of spider web, sanitary fixtures like wash basin mirror WC pan (Indian and European type) urinal stall , toilet floor and walls upto dado level i.e. the glazed tiles fixed on the wall Excluding cost of consumable materials with sweeping, cleaning and mopping of Auditorium stage,green rooms ,toilets, VIP room, 2 Nos. with attached toilet entrance lobby corridor and verandah, computer center, Badminton hall with stage 3 Nos. room , Dinning hall kitchen and toilet including periferial drain court yard , fountain lawn area and complete premises of Officer’s club Brooming(inside and outside upto road) including removal of spitting stains from wall, floor door etc and collection and disposal of garbage(within a distance of 2 kms) generated during any occassion/function such as marriage parties ,birthday parties,official functions etc.as directed by EIC. Note : Deduction will be made @ double the prevailing minmum wages rate if less manpower engaged
