Name and scope of work : Repairing/Rebuilding of swing gear box oval shaped holes, foundation of swing gear box & housing of swing shaft mounting hole (LHS & RHS) of P&H-1900AL shovel Sl. No. 3 & 7 and Repairing of (A) LHS& RHS final drive housing (B) Rail Pole removing & welding, in respect of P&H1900AL Shovel (Sl No.-3) working at Nigahi Project having scope of work as follows- ( for 01 side) 1) Cleaning of swing gear box & swing shaft foundation area ( LHS & RHS ) 2) Dismantling & fitting of swing gear box & swing shaft. 3) Re-building & making holes of swing gear box ( LHS & RHS ) 4) Re-building & making of thread swing shaft foundation hole ( LHS & RHS ) 5) Re-building of bearing housing of swing shaft assembly ( LHS & RHS ) 6) Co-axial boring of swing shaft bearing housing ( LHS & RHS ) 7) Final drive housing repairing in which 5P134 , 5P133 , 5P132 & 5P130 bush is to be fitted 8) Coaxial boring of LHS & RHS final drive housing. 9) Fitting of final drive assembly. 10) Removal of old worn out rail pole of track assembly as well as fitment of new rail pole for one side. 11) Removal of old worn out rail fitment of new rail poles. Note- Welding electrodes as per requirement will be provided departmentally. Maximum likely manpower to be deployed : 15 no ( Highly skilled -01 no , Skilled-04 no , Semiskilled- 04 no , Unskilled-06 no)

Cost/ charges for cleaning of swing gear box & swing shaft working area including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of unskilled manpower) for 01 side . (Both Sides or 01 No. Shovel ) ( Total 02 Nos. Shovel)
