ACCOUSTIC DAMPNER 1.5 X .9- Providing and fixing of accoustic dampner made out of 12mm thick plyboard with sound absorbant material on it of 35mm thick for sound absorbtion and dully covered with sound absorbant cloth on it so that sound could pass through it upto the absorbant material of approved colour and design as per the panelling design. Making of desired shape and fixing it on to the panelling neatly with screws and finishing the same.

CONFERANCE TABLE- Providing & Fixing of table dimension 1200mm Dia x 750mm Ht. Worktop shall be made of 18mm plyboard and edge 36mm plyboard with 1mm thick laminate on top and backing laminate of 0.6mm All the exposed edges are finished with wood lipping pressed. Legs are made of M.S. 50 x 25 mm section . Legs are designed to facilitate wire management . Cross Member Beam is made of MS and has size 50x25 mm of 1.2mm thickness in powder coated finish of 50 microns thickness and is connected with legs to allow for traversing of wires horizontally. The beam raceway provided with slots for fixing data and electrical switches and sockets,pop up box . The above furniture should be as per specification and sample approved by client. The teak wood structure has to be dully polished with sanding for making the surface smooth and applying coat of melamine polish on it of approved colour. DIAS TABLE- Providing & Fixing of table dimension 3600mm x 750mm Ht. Sides are made of 18mm plyboard dully laminated with 1mm thick laminate and inside to have .6mmm laminate. REMOVING /RELOCATING OF VRV INDOOR UNIT- Removing of VRV indoor AC unit from hall and Re- locating the same in new chamber as per the layout plan including the extending of Copper Piping, Grand Piping and Y Joints. Re- installation at the new place in chamber. ( Cost of gas filling will be additionally paid.)

WOODEN FLOORING- Providing and fixing in position ready to install 8 mm thk HDF base laminated wooden flooring i/c vapor barrier 10GSM below 8mm thk HDPE sheet (Perge/sq.foot or equivalent make) along with all edges, stair nose moulding, corner profiles, door end profiles etc where required as per manufacturer's specification, including necessary cutouts for audio, lan, telephone etc as per drawing & direction of Engineer-in-charge/Architects.

DOOR FOR CHAMBERS- Providing and fixing of door 50mm thick in MR Ply frame 100mm at Top and sides bottom 150mm Laminated finish with frosted/ice line finished 12mm thk float glass in between supported on heavy duty pavet with polished wooden beading as per the existing design.

DESIGNERS WALL TILES- Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceremic wall tile 300 X 450mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 12 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 sand) prepared same day when mortar is still green i.e. within 6 hours including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.tile cost shall be min @ 900/- Sqm

DESIGNERS FLOOR TILES- Providing and laying rectified Matt Ceramic floor tiles 300x300 mm or more (having thickness 9 to 10mm) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. tile cost shall be min @ 900/- Sqm
