Wooden Veneer False Ceilling- Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling of 12 mm thick MR garde plyboard including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from M.S. sheet and galvanized in accordance with zinc coating 600 as per IS: 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide X 15 mm thick with flanges of 22 mm and 37 mm at 1200 mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastner 12.5 mm dia X 40 mm long with 6 mm dia. Bolts to the angle hangers of 25 X 25 X 5 mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nuts and bolts to 6.1 channels 45 mm X 15 mm X 0.9 mm running at the rate of 1200 mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having clips of 10.5 mm at 450 mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to 6.1 channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia. Diffusers,cutouts for fire sprinklers etc. as per the specifications approved by architects Including necessary scaffolding supports, suspenders etc. All complete as per drawing and specification and direction of the architect.

Soft Board Panelling- Providing and fixing soft board panels on walls/ partition / panelling in the area indicated in the drawings. 12mm thk. soft board with backing of 8 thk ply . Soft board panel shall be finished with approved fabric Rs. 200/- R. Mt. . All exposed wooden surfaces shall be finished with Melamine polish Rate shall include fixing the whole panel in the space earmarked for the same as per drawing and as per the direction of architect.

Teak Wood Skirting- Providing and fixing Ist ClassTeak wood/Rubeer wood skirting wherever required as per carved profile of size 75mm widex15mm thick duly melamine polished.Fixing details as per drawing and as directed by architect.

Teak Wood Beading- Providing and fixing Ist ClassTeak wood/Rubber wood beading of size 25mmx15mm(max)or as per profile duly melamine polished complete as per details, drawings and as directed by architect.

Storage with Laminate- Providing supplying and fixing at site Side and Back storage unit 450 deep made out of 18 mm thk ply board and back of the side unit is of 8mm ply, unit is provided with verticle and horizontal divisions as per design with drawers & shutters, lockable, with all hardware like hinges, tower bolt, magnetics catcher, lock of approved quality. The cabinet should be raised 75/100mm above ground. Inside exposed ply surfaces of the runner with putty finish, wood primer coats and finished with 3 coats of flat oil base color paint with specified shade. Exposed outside surface Laminated with standard grade laminate of approved design and make. All exposed edges finished with first quality T.W. beadings to be finished in 2 to 3 coats of melamine polish of approved shade. . Provision for cable boxes etc complete if required.
