M & L for painting to steel tubular pole with aluminium enamel paint of 9.00 Mtr including cross arms, clamps any size and nuts, bolts etc with one coat of aluminium synthetic enamel paint including preparing the surfaces free from finish particalsand making the smooth surface and numbering on pole with black ground such as pole number and source of supply, painting with radium paint around the pole at width of 10cm, similar three rounds from 1.5 m GL top on circumferance of pole complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 here in above but steel tubular pole of 11 Mtr long.

Dismantling of UNSV HT Steel Tubular Pole/CC pole/Rail pole after taking down ACSR conductor, insulators, cross arms including breaking PCC up to ground level etc and supply and errect in replacement of steel tubular pole stepped with CI base plate finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts and mounting of cross arms with insulator and conductor as specified for following conforming to ISI of any approved make of size Type 410 SP, 55 (11.0 Mtrs long) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, testing & commissioning air break switch (Gang Operated) vertical/horizontal (as per site requirement) operated from ground level outdoor type with 9 set of porcelin insulater for RYB phases suitable to working on 33 KV pressure line 200 Amps capacity with locking arrangement at both ON & OFF position consisting of MS channel, HT 33 KV double strack post type insulator, copper or copper alloy high pressure heavy tinned contact assembly arcing horn phase, coupling rod, operating handle, sufficient length of 40 mm dia GI pipe as down rod worked from ground level conforming to IS-1818-1961 complete including taking down the existing unserviceable air break switch (GOD) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing, testing & commissioning Drop Out fuse unit 200 Amps capacity, suitable to 3 phase HT33 KV system, expulsion outdoor type suitable for vertical installation, fuse link consisting of galvanised channel iron base four insulator per phase complete with fuse carrier, bakelite fuse with heavy tinned non ferrous metal parts and spring loaded phosphorus bronze contact manufactured as per relevant IS/BIS specifications with suitable fuse element with hylem tube to secure the fuse wire complete including taking down the existing unserviceable drop out fuse of any capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, testing & commissioning air break switch (Gang operated) Horizontaly operated from ground level outdoor type with 9 set of insulater for RYB phases suitable to working on 11 KV pressor line 200 Amps capacity with locking arrangement at both ON & OFF position consisting of MS channel, HT 11 KV double strack post type insulator, copper or copper alloy high pressure heavy tinned contact assembly arcing horn phase, coupling rod, operating handle, sufficient length of 40 mm dia GI pipe as down rod worked from ground level conforming to IS-1818-1961 complete including taking down the unserviceable air break switch all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, testing & commissioning drop out fuse unit 200 Amps capacity, suitable to 3 phase HT11 KV system, explusion outdoor type suitable for vertical installation, fuse link consisting of galvanised channel iron base four insulator per phase complete with fuse carrier, bakelite fuse with heavy tinned nonferrous metal parts and spring loaded phosphorus bronze contact manufactured as per relevant IS/BIS specifications with suitable fuse element with hylem tube to secure the fuse wire complete including taking down the existing unserviceable drop out fuse of any capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Lighting Arresters explusion type complete with all fittings. 65 K Amp discharge capacity distribution class, suitable for 33KV complete fixed on channel / cross arm including connecting to over head line and upto earth pit complete including taking down the existing unserviceable lighting arresters of any capacity all as specified and directed.

Opening/striping off transformer 33 KV/ 0.433 KV step down capacity 315 KVA, draining out oil, preserving in container for refill, lifting the core and coil assembly, washing, cleaning dust, dirt and sludge etc., deposited on all parts, replacement of damaged/defective parts, winding of coil if required, making internal connection, servicing of tap changer and reassembling the transformer including new cork sheet, gasket, nuts, bolts and washer etc and arrest the oil leakages as required check the dielectric strength of transformer oil and refilling transformer oil, testing and commissioning complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 12 here in above but 200 KVA capacity complete.

All as per item No. 12 here in above but 160 KVA capacity complete.

All as per item No. 12 here in above but 160 KVA capacity 11 KV complete. Note for item No 12 to 15 :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid under relevent items of schedule 'A'.

Taking down defective transformer upto 315 KVA capacity 33KV/440 volts, or 11KV/440 volts step down transformer from poles/structures after disconnecting all electrical connections, refixing the transformer same place after repairing, including transportation, loading, unloading of transformer from sub station to work site and connecting HV and LV side including all connecting and jointing materials such as suitable size of thimbles, lugs, bolts, nuts and washers etc., complete all as directed.

Supply, fix and replacement of unservesible defective High Voltage copper coil including double paper insulated wraped conductor of same gauge as per existing and all insulating material varnishing with vaccum impregnation and baking of coil suitable for 160/ 200/ 315 KVA capacities, 33KV/440 volts or 11KV/440 volts step down transformers of copper wound including neceesary connection and brazing if required complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 17 here in above but Low Voltage copper coil.

Supply only HV bushing suitable for 11 KV grade with gasket set complete suitable for transformer upto 160 KVA capacity.

Supply only HV bushing suitable for 33 KV grade with gasket set complete suitable for transformer upto 315 KVA capacity.

Supply only Low Voltage bushing of 1100 Volts grade with gasket suitable for transformer upto 315 KVA capacity.

Supply and Replacement of breather with fresh filling of silica gel 0.5 Kg capacity in non metallic transparent enclosure for transformer upto 315 KVA capacity.

Supply and Filling Insulating (transformer) oil conforming to IS-335 for filling, toping up of transformers duly filtered having diclectric breaking strength 45 KV for one minute complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of transformers of capacity from 160 KVA upto 315 KVA 33 or11 KV, spray painting with two coats of synthectic enamel paint including writing SM/MES Nos with approved colour paint letters, not less than 30mm high all as specified and directed.

Filtration, decarbonisation and dehydration of insulating oil of transformer in position without disrupting power supply to achieve required dielectric breaking strength of transformer oil 45 KV per min including testing and tabulate test result complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing for transformer body, transformer neutral,with galvanised cast iron earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below grond level, earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm connected by GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm thick soldered and revetted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 50mm bore GI pipe (light grade) earth plate to transformer body, LT feeder pillar box, and neutral of transformer with the including flat iron clamp 25 x 3 mm including bolts, nuts & washers complete. The earthing includes PCC pit, RCC cover and frame, watering pipe 20 mm bore, funnel with wire mess etc. all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part - I.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI, using 20mm grade stone aggregate, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm grade stone aggregate, 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm, centre to centre both ways, MS handle 12mm dia, PGI funnel, wire mesh and GI pipe of 20mm bore, light grade and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore, light grade and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI wire and protection pipe up to 7.5 metre beyond the earth plate electrode is included in unit rate quoted.

Cutting of tree branches of any girth projected on HT over head lines, 2 metre clear from the outer most conductor including stacking of material to a distance not exc 50m and clearing serviceable the site complete.

Cleaning the vegetation, rooting etc by spraying the water mixed chemical used for cultivation to avoid the grown up of vegetation etc complete all as directed. Note- Contractor shall ensure that on spraying of chemical vegetation shall be dried if not the same has to be carried out with out any extra cost to deparatment.

Demolition of hard standing/ PCC path of sub station of any thickness including removal and of debris to a distance not exc. 500m all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete /foundation filling and mass concrete for fixing poles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate stone cast in position as in coping/plastering including necessary use of form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fixing in replacement of galvanised steel continuous earth wire/ guarding wire of HT pole of size 4.00 mm for continuous earth of pole complete including taking down unserviceable GI wire of any capacity and shape all as specified and directed.

M & L for ACSR conductor of any size fixing to insulator with necessary binding wire of suitable size complete including taking down unserviceable ACSR conductor of any type and size complete including taking down unserviceable ACSR conductor of any size all as specified and directed. Note: 3% extra shall be added to the weight for sagging, jointing, jumpers, etc

M & L mild steel structure ( Fe-310-00 or Fe-410-00 ) such as MS flat, angle, channel etc in cross arm brackets, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete including dismantling of existing cross arms, MS channel, angle section etc. from Steel/RCC pole all as specified and directed.
