Taking down high mast light fittings manually from 12m height steel pole and disconnectioning the SS rope and replace the unserviceable parts such as , double drum winch, 5mm diameter SS wire rope 5 runs, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial , outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar box and made the High Mast light fully functional and raising the hight Mast light fittings in its original postion and testing complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.
(i) Cost of miscelleneous items which are not mentioned above but are required for satisfactory completion deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Oiling/greasing for chain/ rope, motor rewinding, Auto/Manual function of Timer panel etc. deemed to be included in the unit rate.
(iii) LED flood lights,Timer, Aviation light, Cable will be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule.
