Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: A) Columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts.

B) Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

c) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platforms.

d) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls: Under 20 cm wide.

Providing and fixing of 4" wide wall panelling tounged and grooved including necessary screws and cornice with 12mm thick plywood backing, including polishing complete job.

Providing & fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and curing complete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface toprepare the surface even and smooth complete.2 mm thick

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Providing and laying 40mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete ,including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.) For fixed portion. Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns).

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle Board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS: 12823 Grade-l type-11) in panelling fixed in aluminium doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C. P. brass I stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber I neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.). With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness (weight not less than 13 .50 kg I sqm).

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 1 OOmm with SS screws etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminium.

Providing and fixing of Brass tower bolts (barrel type) 100x10 mm.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Second class kail wood.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick. Second Class kail wood

Providing and fixing of 19mm thick ply wood of approved brand for making cupboards, including cutting, positioning with necessary screws, adhesive mixes, handles, hinges, beading, brass bolts and all necessary accessories all complete job.

Providing and fixing of 1mm thick sunmica laminate sheet of of approved brand over plywood for making cupboards, including cutting, positioning and finishing as per engineer incharge all complete.

Providing and fixing of pipe insulation consisting of K-flex and black thermacol and tape for internal pipes including heat tape, alumunium sheet, as per engineer incharge (complete job). A) 25mm.

B) 32mm.

C) 40mm.
