Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder,transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the requiredvgrade, level and alignment and roling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specification and direction of engineer-in-charge .50 to 100mm averagw compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG 30@ 3.50% (Percentage by weight of total mix) prepared batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity complete.

Supply and installation of solar light of approved and certification by MNRE(GOI), with following conditions. (1) PV module-75WPunder STC. 2) Battery-Minimum 12V, 30 AH capacity Lithium iron phoshate (Life PO4), 3) Light Source-White light Emitting Diode (W-LED) .30-watt, W-LED luminaire, dispersed beam, soothing to eyes with the use of proper optics and diffuser.LED chip should be Compliance to IES: LM-80 (Approved method of measuring Lumen Maintenance for LED light sources and LED lumen depreciation time to L70). Test report for the same should be submitte 4) Light output-The luminaire must use high efficacy W-LED with minimum 150 lumens per watt (and UV free) [A certificate to be submitted by the system supplier to the test lab during certification.] for single light level-minimum 15LUX when measured at a point 4 metres below the light.The illuminations should be uniform without drak bands or abrupt variations and soothing to eye.Higher light output will be preferred.For multiple Light levels-The luminaire should hve two levels of light to take care of different lightning needs during the night.Minimum 15 LUX when measured at a point 4 metres below the light (at" high illuminination level").The illumination should be uniform without dark bands or abrupt variations.Minimum 5 LUX at lower illumination levels.(Higher light output will be preferred).The luminaire shall be tested for Electrical, photometry and color parameters as per IES LM-79:2008 or IS:16106:2012 for following Performance Parameters like: a) Total luminous flux=3000lm. b) Luminous efficacy (i.e system efficacy): =15lm/W.c) Colour temperature:Between 5500K to 6500K d) CRI=70. e) Luminous intensity distribution should follow the batwing patterns in polar curves.f) Require validation report using.i.e file which is generated during luminous intensity distribution test and using mantenance factor 0.9 and pole height of 4m, road width 5m, pole span 15m.The average illuminance level and uniformity should comply with requirements as per IS:1944wherever applicable.5) Mounting of light pole height 5m above the ground level and im below the ground.Luminaire shall be at least 4.5 m above the ground level. The diametre of pole should be 75-76mm and the thickness 2-3mm.6) Eletronics Efficiency - Overall total efficient of the electronices should be minimum 90% 7) Duty Cycle- Dusk to Dawn:First 8 hours full light (Min 15LUX) rest of the time at lower light (50% Min 10LUX) level 8) Higher light output will be preferred. 9) Autonomy-2days or Minimum 12 0perating hours per permissible discharge with fully charged life PO4 battery.10) Ingress Protections and control gear compartment -IP 65/IP66. 11) Impact Resistances of casing =IK 08.12) Working temperatures -25 degree C to 60 degree C. Construction of granular sub-base by providing close grade materials conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed materials by tippers to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with mortar grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge with materials conforming to grade-III ( size range 26.5mm to 0.075mm) having CBR Value-20 .

Providing and laying of MS pipe 150mm dia for crossing at required spots including digging trench, re-filling at top and making the road trafficable including cement concrete inlet 1:3:6 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominals size) including all carriage complete from available source to site of work.

Providing ,laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads and lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying of tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80-100 including heating the bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechnically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler cleaning and preparing the existing road as per specifications on 0.75kg/sqm including the cost of all involved materials complete job.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom on bituminous surface @0.25 kg/sqm.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder,transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling wit smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specification to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge 50 to 100mm average compacted thickness with bitumenof grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in batch type Hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity complete.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade /colours using hot thermoplastic materials by fully/semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser,propane tank heater and profile shoe heater ,driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of materials , labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals , oil, grease and foreign material etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge and accordance with applicable specifications compete.
