Providing laying and fitting of 40mm dia HDPE pipe conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest amendments and conveying to work site including loading and unloading ar both destination and rolling, lowering into the tranch, laying true to line and jointing of pipes by electro fusion welding as per standard procedure and guidelines, including encasing the pipes around to a depth not less than 15cms with soft earth or selected earth available from the execvation site completed giving hydraulic test as per relevant ISI with all leads and lift including testing commissioning electro fusion fitting like couplers ,tee, redcers, bends, union, end cap etc. conforming to BS EN 12201; part-3 suitable for drinking water in black/blue colour manufactured from compounded PE 100 virgin polymer and compatible with PE 80/100 pipes in pressure rating SDR11 with minimum PN 16 rate for water application and shall be inclusive of all costs and carriage, completed job as per directon by sire engineer (contractor wil make own arrangment for procuring water for testing) (including cost of pipe special)

Providing , supply & fitting of electro fusion fitting in accordance with BS EN12201: PART-3 suitable for drinking water with in black/blue colour manufacturung from compounded PE80/PE100 pipes , in pressure rating SDR11 with minium PN 12.5 rated for water applicatin and shall be inclusive of all cost such as testing, inspection charges transportation upto, transit insurance loading. 90mm coupler 75mm coupler
