M&L for 25mm thick sand filling as cushioning for laying of paver blocks, under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured and paid.

Supply,laying jointing and testing, fixing to wall using clamps/pole/floor or in air or passing through pipes/ducts/road/path/drain, laid in trenches, 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire or wire armoured with electric power cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2 core 25 sqmm ISI marked (IS-7098 Part-1) and its latest amendments complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable with dry river sand 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat of size 250 x 150 x 40 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each in trenches after cable has been laid and tested, complete all as specified and directed by Engrineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material in soils n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engrineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Bus Bas Chamber, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP-66 Protection, Outdoor type factory made cubical totally enclosed type with front and rear door opening as per engineering practice provided with locking arrangement for opening of panel with Copper busbar of cap 63 Amps on epoxy insulators in horizontal position and stepped manner with min 20cm distance between busbars & panel body of adequate size embedded in 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), on angle iron of size 40x40x6mm with footing 30 cm clear space between bottom of panel and flooring including all accessories prewired with insulated copper wires of suitable size. The panel shall comprise of the following fittings and fixture: (1) MCB SPN 32 Amp, 10 KA, C Curve 02 Nos for Outging connections Note:-The cost of Busbar chamber also include the cost of thimble/ lugs, necessary copper wiring & connected accessories required for necessary electrical connections from Bus bar to outgoing connections and incomming cable connections to busbar.

M & L for voltage stabilizer, Single Phase, 5 KVA, 230 Volt, 50 Hz, copper wounded, mainline voltage stabilizer suitable for 130-280 V range complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in-Charge Note: The cost of voltage stabilizer also include the cost of thimble/ lugs or other connected accessories required for necessary electrical connections

M & L for voltage stabilizer, Single Phase, 2 KVA, 230 Volt, 50 Hz, copper wounded, mainline voltage stabilizer suitable for 130-280 V range complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The cost of voltage stabilizer also include the cost of thimble/ lugs or other connected accessories required for necessary electrical connections

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth strip protected by provision of Gl light grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregated with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 40x40x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering, perforated at bottom and connecting to earth test point all as specified and as directed.
