Annual Maintenance Cost for 4 years after 'Defect Liability Period (DLP) of 1 year' required for routine maintenence or in due course of plant failure

Operation and Maintenence cost for 5 years

O&M is to be carried out by the AGENCY supplying the machinery and works will include the following tasks: Plant operators - Min 4 Nos for loading waste into Organic Waste Convertors, operating the additional accessories, checking electrical connections and other plant requiremnets, reporting plant conditions daily, unloading the end product from OWC, curing it further (if required), packing the end products for sale, etc Cleaning and waste segregation staff - Min 1 Staff for segregating the waste coming into the plant, ensure that only organic waste fit to be processed is loaded into the OWC, cleaning and maintenance of premises and waste segreagation and will be ensuring that the area is always neat and germ-free. Security - Min 1 staff (Night Duty) for security at site Material Supply Material for final processing like bio-inoculums, odour masking agents, additional additives for improving quality of by-product, housekeeping material etc. Equipments for workers like gloves, shovel, masks, baskets/buckets, cleaning equipments like brooms, etc
