Supply and fix voltage stabiliser for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stablised at 230V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. Make: V-Guard,Microtek,Luminous.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying UG cable/foundation of poles and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling hard/dense soil, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Spreading and levelling only riddled earth for cushioning and covering of the UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid. Excavated approved soil shall be riddled by using seive to seperate composite particles as per IS.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination Heat/cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying of cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts(Earthed) grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 185 sqmm including connection with suitable lugs,nut,bolts etc ,testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(From existing RMU at 3 Squadron to proposed 315 KVA CSS)

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x600mmx6.0 mm thick burried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanised strip 32 x 6mm, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washeres made out of GI including protection pipe GI light grade 40 mm size and watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade all as shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 140mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed.(CSS-08 Nos) Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 20 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete.

(d) Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness 2mm with 4mm HRCA baseframe. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated ( colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. Seperate Switch operated bulket lamp + Hooter in Transformer compartment - 1 set. (e) Interlock between Transformer Door and HT Breaker , if door opens it trips the main breaker. (F) Interconnection & Earthing Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3x95Sq.mm XLPE Aluminium Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminium Busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6 mm Aluminium including for Transformer Neutral. NOTE: Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for the following:- 1. 4.Package Sub-station will be complete with the internal interconnections & earthing. including Accessories required for the external connections of HT & LT cables like termination kits , lugs , glands etc. extending of earth bar to earth pits shall be measured and paid separatly. 5.Cable termination arrangement shall be from Bottom for HT & LT side. 6.Interconnection cable between HT side V ( Breaker ) Module to transformer shall be Aluminium - 1Rx3Cx95 sqmm 7.The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated ( colour Light Grey & D.A.Grey) 8.Door of Transformer shall be fitted with Arc reflectors from the inside of providing better safety - It cannot be provided on Transformer door. 9. CSS shall be as per IEC 62271-202. Technical requirements :- • The Compact substation shall be tested for internal arc test IAC –AB for 21KA for 1 sec (A-operator, B-pedestrian). This has to be validated by Type test certificate as per IEC 67721-202 & same shall be submitted along with tender. CSS design, invoicing, ownership, Service responsibility & warranty shall be of OEM on whose name all Type tests are issued. Type tests shall be conducted on CSS as per IEC 62271-202 in the name of OEM.

• CSS, RMU, Vacuum Interrupter bottle, ACB/MCCB shall be of same OEM make on whose name all Type tests are issued.This is to ensure better reliability, quality wokmanship ,performance and service support and overall life cycle optimization. • CSS manufacturer shall fulfill temperature class K10 as per IEC 62271-202 and confirm with suitable report. As CSS is an integrated modular system, CSS manufacturer shall decide & offer good quality transformer make from their end and offer atleast two transformer makes duly checked by CSS OEM team to ensure quality , service & reliability of transformer. Supplying and laying of galvanised iron tube of 50 mm bore, light grade, with all fittings for road crossing, plinth crossing of UG cables complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) The tenderer shall make all necessary arrangement and planning to follow sequencing of activities under progress by the civil contractor in order to complete the work as per timeline stipulated in the contract agreement.No delay on account of any such hindrance/interference shall be admitted. (iii) Quoted rates includes cost of making good any damages caused to existing assets. (iv) Cutting of false ceiling & making good any damage caused during execution of work is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
