NOTE for Ser item No 2 & 3 - The quoted rate are deemed to be inclusive of the following items. All these items shall be provided by contractor and no extra cost shall be payed on this account:- (a) Indoor unit wall mounted with blower fan of appropriate capacity including PCB, thermostatic control, air filter and drain for condensing water. (b) Outdoor unit comprising of compressor with motor, air cooled copper condenser with fan and motor unit shall be installed outside the building/ on roof top by using supporting clamps. (c) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with insulation, condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of PVC conduit 20mm dia medium grade including control wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with suitable size of copper cables as per site requirement. (d) Making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface after plugging the hole etc. (e) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth suitable for installation of outdoor unit or powder coated MS bracket fixed on wall as per Manufacturer's instruction with necessary grouting MS hold fast, bolts, washers duly painted and making good to disturbed surfaces suitable for installing outdoor unit complete all as specified and directed. (f) Electrical cable required to connect outdoor unit and indoor unit to voltage stabilizer. (g) Manufacturing year of product shall be 2023.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 2 Ton inverter type Cassette air conditioner units indoor & outdoor complete with (Non CFC/HCHC) suitable for 230 Volt + 10% , 50 Hz, AC supply complete with cordless remote control unit and with copper condenser all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Make :Carrier/ Daikin/ Hitachi/ Blue star.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 4 Ton inverter type Cassette air conditioner units indoor & outdoor complete with (Non CFC/HCHC) suitable for 415 Volt + 10% , 50 Hz, AC supply complete with cordless remote control unit and with copper condenser all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge. Make :Carrier/ Daikin/ Hitachi/ Blue star.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity of 40/80L respectively including necessary platform and inlet pipe connection all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Blue Star/Usha/Voltas.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity of 60/120L respectively including necessary platform and inlet pipe connection all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Blue Star/Usha/Voltas.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity of 150/150L respectively including necessary platform and inlet pipe connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix MCB protected modular socket (Modular AC Box) 20 Amps, heavy duty 230 Volts AC ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA with digital display complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: V-Guard (VG100) or Equivalent of Servomate/ Microtek.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 4 KVA with digital display complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: V-Guard (VS400) or Equivalent of Servomate/ Microtek.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilized at 230V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA with digital display complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: V-Guard (V500 Supreme) or Servomate\Microtek.

Material and labour for Copper piping of suitable size for installation to 1.5/2 TR split air conditioner (Indoor & Outdoor Unit) as extra length to lead conduits complete as specified and as directed. Note: (i) One running metre of both pipe including insulation will be measured as one unit length. (ii) Size of copper tube shall be as OEM specification/ recommended by Engr-in-charge as per site requirement.

Material and labour for Copper piping of suitable size for installation to 2/4 TR Cassette type air conditioner (Indoor & Outdoor Unit) as extra length to lead conduits complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i)One running metre of both pipe including insulation will be measured as one unit length. (ii)Size of copper tube shall be as OEM specification/recommendation by Engr-in-charge as per site requirement.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Refrigerator 5 star rating 175L capacity, electric driven single phase including necessary stand all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Voltas/Blue star/Godrej/Usha

Material and labour in replacement for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6 Sqmm for main wire and one run of single core 6 Sqmm as earth wire of multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable conforming to IS : 694 drawn through and including surface/concealed in PVC conduit conforming to IS : 9537 ( Part-3) and ISI marked not lass than 20 mm dia and all accessories as per site requirement all conforming to IS specification complete and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Two run of main wire, one run earth wire and one run PVC conduit shall be measure as one unit. (ii) Strictly follow the proper colour code red/yellow/blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth wiring. (iii) Strictly follow the continuous wire without any joints.

The quoted rate are deemed to be inclusive of the following items. All these items shall be provided by contractor and no extra cost shall be payed on this account:- (a) Outdoor unit comprising of compressor with motor, air cooled copper condenser with fan and motor unit shall be installed outside the building/ on roof top. (c) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with insulation, condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with suitable size of copper cables as per site requirement. (d) Making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface after completion of installation work etc. (e) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth suitable for installation of indoor/outdoor unit or powder coated MS bracket fixed on wall / roof top as per Manufacture's instruction with necessary grouting MS hold fast, bolts, washers duly painted and making good to disturbed surfaces suitable for installing outdoor/indoor unit complete all as specified and as directed. (f) Half yearly complete servicing up to 01 Years (Checking refrigerant pressure, Loose Connection, leakage of Refrigerant, Top up of Refrigerant if required, servicing and cleaning of PCB) will be provided by OEM and No extra amounts will be paid on this account.

Material and labour in replacement for sub main wiring complete using 4 runs of 10 sqmm and two runs of 10 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multistranded copper conductor ISI marked 1100 V grade in surface/concealed PVC conduit fixed in wall/ floor, passing through wall/ ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Four runs of main wire, two runs of earth wire and one run PVC conduit shall be measure as one unit. (ii) Strictly follow the proper colour code red/yellow/blue for phase, black for neutral and green for earth wiring. (iii) Strictly follow the continuous wire without any joints.

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosures DBs 4 way double door with 200 amps rated bus bar all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB TPN 63 amps capacity all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note : 1. Contractor should visit at site before Quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. 2. Maximum work will be executed in high rise building at INA Ezhimala. 2. All requisite safety measurers shall be adopted by contractor on site and he shall be fully responsible for any incident occur on site. 3. The contractor shall provide/ deploy one supervisor for entry/exit of Technician and labours from payyanur gate. 4. Provision of scaffolding of any height is included in the quoted rate.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 23770.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 23770.00 as rate in Green field under Col-5.
