18.70.3:Providing push - on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron Pipes or Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and including the cost of rubber gasket:200 mm dia pipes

100.48.1.5:Rectification of leakages in 200mm C.I. Pipe of all classes by replacing a length up to 1.5m including earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, cutting and removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the remaining portion and specials and conveying and replacing with the C.I. pipe and conveying and jointing with C.I.D. joint / suitable mechanical joint of suitable size or any other available size suitable joints after cleaning the ends, grinding if necessary, centering the pipe, inserting the joints, tightening to make a water tight joint, charging and testing to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges of conveyance and hire for tools and plant, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, providing caution boards, traffic diversion but excluding cost of materials and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete.

100.48.2.6:Rectification of minor joint leakages in 250mm C.I. Pipe including earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leaking joint including tar cutting / concrete cutting, without causing any damages to the line and specials, cleaning the joints including raking out the damaged lead wool, conveying and inserting hemp and lead wool and caulking after cleaning the ends, charging and testing to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges of conveyance and hire for tools and plant, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, providing caution boards, traffic diversion, including cost of materials and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete.

100.53.1.a:Washing OHSR/GLSR using brooms, brushes and bleaching powder by engaging coolies, scrubbing twice, washing and cleaning using fresh water, including side wall, floor slab and columns, disposing the the slurry / waste materials away from the immediate premises and within the initial lead of 50m from the periphery of the tank, without causing any damage to the existing structure and installations, charges including the operation of valves, conveyance and hire charges of tools and as per the direction of the department officers etc. complete.

OD26345/2024-2025:Conveying ,Alum and lime from Division store to WTP, hire charges of vehicle , engaging coolie for loading and unloading all incidental expenses and other sundries etc. complete.,

100.59.3:Restoring the road surfaces by providing and laying factory made cold bitumen-aggregate pot-hole repair mix in two layers of 25mm thick (total 50mm thick), by cleaning the surface with brooms etc. to remove dust/debris/water etc, placing the premix, compacting properly with hand-rammer etc. complete, including traffic control, providing caution boards and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for road restoration works in pipeline leak sites.

100.98.9:Supply of Lead Wool

100.1.1:Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc., including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth up to 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m, in all kinds of soil.

100.59.2:Refilling the trenches with a wet mix of close graded granular materials (Stone aggregate - 25mm nominal size - 17.5%, Stone aggregate - 10mm nominal size - 17.5%, Crushed Stone - 2.36mm to 12.5mm - 25%, Stone chippings / screenings - 4.75mm nominal size - 20%, Stone chippings / screenings - 150 micron nominal size - 20%), mixing properly after adding sufficient quantity of water, refilling in layers not exceeding 150mm, compacting properly at Optimum Moisture Content with Surface Plate Vibrator and disposing the excavated material etc. complete, including traffic control, providing caution boards and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for road restoration works in pipeline leak sites.

100.50.3.2:Rectification of leakages of 65mm G.I. Pipes in exposed portions by replacing lengths up to 1.0m by cutting, removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the remaining portion and specials and conveying and replacing with G.I. Pipes of suitable size and jointing by three run welding to make a water tight joint, painting the welded portion, testing the line to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges hire and conveyance of tools, plant and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion, necessary scaffolding including the cost of specials but excluding cost of pipe and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete.

100.48.4.5:Rectification of breakages up to 2.0m length in 200mm C.I. Pipes, including earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, by cutting and removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the line and specials and replacing with Collar and jointing with hemp & lead after cleaning the ends, centering the pipe, testing the line to the required test pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth, including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges of hire & conveyance of tools and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete, but excluding the cost of pipes, collar and pig lead.

4.1.3:Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 (cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

15.3:Demolishing R.C.C. work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.
