Notice Inviting Tender Kerala State Coastal Area Development Corporation Ltd. (KSCADC), a State Govt. undertaking invites e-bids (Single Cover) from reputed distributors/suppliers for Supplying of FRP tanks at Neyyar, Pannivelichira and odayam hatcheries. Name of Work: Supplying of FRP tanks at Neyyar, Pannivelichira and odayam Quantity: As per BOQ attached( see Technical Specification* for details),Chief Engineer, KSCADC reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity. Minimum Eligibility Criteria 1. The bidder shall be a registered firm. 2. The annual turnover of the quoting firm shall be not less than Rs 10 crore per annum for the three financial year i.e, 2014-15,2015-16, 2016-17. 3. Only those who have experience in setting up of FRP tanks in Government hatcheries of same value or higher value shall qualify for the bid and certificate about satisfactory performance/ completion of setting up are to be submitted for the qualification of the offer. Cost of Bidding 1. The Bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of its bid, and KSCADC will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process. 2. The tender document(s), may be downloaded free of cost from the e-Government Procurement (e-GP) website (www.etenders.kerala.gov.in). No payment is required for downloading the tender documents from the above website. However a bid submission fee(tender fee) as mentioned in the NIT,is required to be submitted along with the online bid. Opening of Bids The e-bids received in time will be opened online on 27/08/2019 at 11.00 AM Last date for submission of e-bids will be upto 22/08/2019 6.00 PM Advice to the Bidders Bidders are advised to study this tender document and specifications carefully before participating. It shall be deemed that submission of Bid by the bidder have been done after their careful study and examination of the tender Document with full understanding to its implications. The bidder has to remit an amount of Rs 1,00,000/- as bid security. The amount shall be remitted online only. 1. The Bid Security Cost shall remain valid for a period of six months. 2. Any Bid not secured in accordance with above Clause shall be summarily rejected by KSCADC as non-responsive. 3. No interest shall be paid on Bid Security. 4. The Bid security would be returned to all unsuccessful bidders at the expense of the Bidders within one month after the award of contract consistent with the rules and regulations in this behalf. The Bid Security of successful bidder shall be returned only after the execution of contract agreement against the issued award of contract within the stipulated time period. 5. The Bid Security may be forfeited: a. If a Bidder withdraws his Bid during the period of Bid validity Or b. In case of a successful Bidder, if the Bidder fails to submit his/her acceptance of award of contract within the stipulated time period. Period of Validity of Offer Offer should remain valid for 60 days after the opening of the bid. If the validity of the offer is extended, the validity of EMD will also have to be extended. An offer valid for a shorter period may be rejected by KSCADC as non-responsive. Chief Engineer, KSCADC
