Co. Ltd. (KEL), Mamala, Kochi- 682305 invites percentage e-tender for the work “UPGRADATION WORK OF ISOLATION WARD AT DH-ALUVA-ERNAKULAM DISTRICT-ROP-2019-19” from eligible Civil contractors with registration at M/s. KEL. Contractors registered with KEL has to upload the Registration Certificate in the E-Tender format. Partnership firms shall furnish full names of all partners in the tender. It may, however, be signed in the name of firm by one of the partners or by a duly authorized representative, followed by the name and designation of the person signing. 2. Tender documents may be downloaded from Government of Kerala e-Procurement website https://www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. 3. Tenderers should possess qualifications as prescribed in Section 3 of NIT. 4. Tenders must be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit which will be paid online as per Clause13. 5. Tenders must be electronically submitted (on-line through internet) within the date and time published in e-procurement portal. Tenders will be opened at prescribed time and date in the e- procurement portal, at the Office of the Manager (Sub Contract). Tenderers shall also submit all the documents as per Part-I in original duly signed and sealed on or before the last date and time of receipt of tender in sealed cover at the office of Manager (Sub Contract) 6. The tenderer is requested to submit queries, if any, in writing or by cable to reach the employer not later than 29.01.2019. The tenderer has to visit the site and assess the actual site condition, nature of work and quantum of work before quoting the work. 7. The rate quoted should be “All inclusive” of all statutory levies, taxes, duties, GST etc as applicable. Rate should be inclusive of GST.
