Tender documents and tender schedule may be downloaded free of cost from the e-GP Website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. The bid submission fee and EMD shall be remitted online as per e-tendering process. This bid submission fee and EMD as instructed shall be remitted sufficiently early so that the payment is remitted to SBT successfully. No “ Subject to Bank clearance” report from e-GP website will be entertained. All bid/ tender documents are to be submitted online on the e-GP website. Tenders/ bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted. The attested copies of registration certificate with validity and Class of registration and Concession certificates (if any) must be duly attested by a gazetted officer of government departments and the same scanned and submitted online along with the bid document. The scanned copy of the Preliminary Agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs.200/- duly filled and signed by the bidder shall also be submitted online. In case of labour contract societies attested copies of all documents in proof of eligibility in participation in tender as per the prevailing government orders shall be scanned and submitted online. The preliminary agreement, attested copy of registration cer tificate, Proof of exemption for EMD and bid submission fee and proof of online remittance of bid submission fee and earnest money deposit shall be submitted in a separate cover super scribing the name of work and sent to the tender inviting authority before the specified date by speed post. The bids shall be opened online at the office of the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Kollam at the above mentioned date and time by the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Kollam in the presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives who are present at the time and venue. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day at same time and place. Tenders received online and the original received by post (except bid), without the necessary documents mentioned above will not be considered and shall be summarily reject
