Supply and Installation Testing and Commissioning of Drain Pump and additional Copper Pipe

OD8993/2024-2025:Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of condensate drain pump kits for high-wall air conditioning units. Each pump kit shall include a 2-liter condensate collection tank with an inbuilt filter to prevent debris entry, a float switch to automatically operate the pump when the tank reaches near-full level, a motor with a minimum flow rate of 1 liter per minute (60 liters/hour) and a head capacity of 8 meters, a non-return valve to ensure unidirectional flow and prevent backflow, and a complete drain connector kit for seamless connection to the AC unit and drain pipe. The pumps shall be designed to handle condensate from 1-ton air conditioning units, accommodating a horizontal drain pipe length of 10 meters and a vertical lift requirement of up to 1.5 meters. The system must be compatible with 240V power standards, and approved makes include Aspen, Microdam, or equivalent. The quoted amount covers labour charges, all conveyance, loading, unloading, handling, and hire charges for any required machinery or equipment, as well as consumables for installation and testing. All work will be carried out under the guidance of department staff, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and specifications. The installation shall minimize operational noise levels (below 19 dB where applicable) and undergo thorough testing and commissioning to confirm drainage flow efficiency and prevention of overflow under normal and peak condensate conditions. Drawings of AC locations are attached for reference to guide installation.

Additional Partition Work

OD8994/2024-2025:Providing and Fixing Internal Wall Panels on a Light Gauge Steel Framework. The panels shall be constructed using 8 mm thick multipurpose fiber cement boards (high-impact polypropylene reinforced) conforming to IS 2095:2011 standards, as per standard sizes. The boards shall be fixed on both sides of the framework with self-drilling/tapping screws or fasteners placed at 60 cm center-to-center, of an approved make. The screws shall be of countersunk rib head type, with thickness ranging from 1.60 mm to 4 mm and lengths varying from 25 to 45 mm. The installation process shall include proper taping and jointing using fiber mesh tape and a high-quality epoxy and acrylic-based jointing compound, ensuring a seamless finish. If required, any additional framework for the proper support of the panels shall also be provided and fixed. The final scope of work includes painting the installed wall panels to achieve a uniform and aesthetically pleasing surface.The quoted amount encompasses the cost of all materials required, labour charges for installation, conveyance, loading, unloading, and hire charges for any required machinery or equipment. All materials and workmanship shall comply with the relevant standards and specifications. The entire work, including the installation, joint treatment, and painting, shall be carried out with strict adherence to quality standards under the guidance of the department staff.
