L.T. Earthing arrangements for hard soil using 50 mm C-Class GI Pipe- 2.7 Mtr length, 15 soil treatment by spreading of 25 kgs each of salt and charcoal, duly painting earth pit with black paint and stencilling of earth resistance value with date, including supply and laying of 6 SWG G.I. wire and other hardware to connect equipment at site complete.

Supply, erection, commissioning and testing of tubular G.I post 6 meter long, including foundation work, complete with light bracket suitable for illumination with loop in loop out box with SMC connector and 0.5 A MCB as per detailed specification. 17

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of centrifugal type vertically multistage bore-well submersible pump as per the following technical specification. The Pump model QF duty point will be Flow 120LPM @ working Head 110 Mtr. The Pump design will be the Flow Range starting from 15 LPM to 130 LPM & Head Range of 150 Mtr. To 82 Mtr. The Pump material to be like, Pump impeller-SS 304, Pump casing-SS 304, Pump Shaft- Duplex Steel, Pump motor body- SS 304, Pump inbuilt strainer & NRV- SS 304. pump motor should be 5.5HP PMSM (Permanent Magnet Sync. Motor, 29 i.e. operate on BLDC Technology) converter feed which will operate through 415V-AC/50 Hz standard power supply. The motor manufacturing and testing as per IEC-60034-30-2 & IEC-60034-2-3. Supply and installation smart VFD rust proof for outdoor application to operate 5.5 HP PMSM type motor with dry run protection, over & under voltage protection, phase reversal protection, single phase preventer, graphical display, GSM based remote monitor system (RMS), fault indication alarm system, IP-65 deg. Of protection, water level indicator, auto/manual operation through device like mobile/laptop/PC. The regular pump operational data like current, voltage, hours of operation, power consumption to be access through Railway engineer devices like Mobile/Laptop/PC. The VFD selection to be done considering the maximum ampere rating of the pump on full load condition.

Supply erection testing and commissioning of 5 STAR rated 3 phase 5 HP Mono submersible pump similar to M/s KSB Model No. MR 5 LH.
