PRED04 - Providing Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 5.0 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) With Non modular bricks including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding and usage charges of machinery & other incidental charges complete as per the direction of engineer incharge of work.

PRED05 - Providing and constructing laterite size stone masonry including costand conveyance of all materials curing etc complete as per specificationI.S. 3620/1979 having compressive strength not less than 3.5 N/mm2 for saturated ry samples - For basement in CM 1:6.

PRED06 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PRED08 - Providing & fixing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete as per design drawings (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per the direction of Engineer in charge.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 g/ m²

PRED09 - Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Of area 3 m² and below

PRED10 - Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PRED11 - Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and riveted, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, including priming coat of approved steel primer, but excluding the cost of other fittings, complete all as per approved design, (sectional weight of only steel members shall be measured for payment).Fixing with 15x3 mm lugs 10 cm long embedded in cement concrete block 15x10x10 cm of C.C. 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PRED13 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brickwall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including rounding off cornerswherever equired smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding,including cost of aterials, labour, curing complete as per specificationsand as per directions of Engineer-n-charge.

PRED14 - Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

PRED15 - Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

PRED16 - Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred m snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brassstainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specificatis.

PRED17 - Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flatpressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shuttersand partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. completeas per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge:Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sidesincluding cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery completeas per specifications nd as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PRED18 - Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilatorshutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasketetc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions ofengineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid inbasic item):With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not lessthan 12.50 kg/m²) including cost of materials, labour, usage charges ofmachinery complete as per specifications.

PRED19 - Supplying PVC ringtite pipes conforming to IS 4985:2000 with latest amendments and conveying to worksite, rolling and lowering into trenches, laying true to line and level and perfect linking at joints, testing and commissioning, including loading unloading at both destinations and cuts of pipes wherever necessary including jointing of PVC pipes and specials (excluding cost of specials) with jointing of approved type, with all labour with all lead & lift including encasing the pipe alround to a depth of not less than 15 cms. with soft gravel or selected earth available from the excavation etc. complete and giving necessary hydraulic test to the required pressure as per ISS (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) etc. for:PVC pipes 25mm dia, 10 kg/sqcm & class 5, PVC pipes 32mm dia, 10 kg/sqcm & class 5,PVC pipes 63mm dia., 6 kg/sqcm & class 3, PVC pipes 110mm dia., 6 kg/sqcm & class 3.25mm
