004 - Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding,including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specificationsand as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

005 - Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :New work (two coats) over and in cluding water thinnable priming coat with cement primer after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.(P

006 - Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

007 - providing & fixing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete as per design drawings (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per the direction of Engineer in charge

008 - Providing and fixing of Aluminium composite panel of approved make and colour for wall cladding for Brick/ Rcc/ stone walls & coloumns/ beams with necessary aluminium frame works at required level made out of 50x25x4mm C section or equivalent. The panel should consist of 3mm thick non-halogenated FR grade mineral based polymer ( 2 hrs fire resistance as per ASTM E119-12 and clause B, S1, do as per ENT 13501-1sandwichedbetween 0.50 skins thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surfaces will be finished with PVDF based coating on topsides and service coating on reverse sides would be in polyester paint. The system shall be fixed using GI brackets, aluminium L cleats and stainless steel bolts and nuts complete with spring washer and cap nuts and all other necessary accessories, sealing shall be done with necessary rods etc., complete

009 - Construction of Embankment by excavating the available approved Gravel/Murrum deposited at a place or borrow pits during or prior excavation with all lifts and lead, transportation to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet the requirement complete as per specifications, including cost of labour,rolling,water,all materials,usage& all other appurtenaces required to complete the work

010 - Providing and laying in position plain cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite/trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS Codes machine mixed, laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm thickness, well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead & lifts, cost of all materials of quality, labour, Usage charges of machineries, curing, and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications. (The cost of steel reinforcement & formwork shall be paid separately)Mix 1:4:8( M5) Using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates

011 - Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles with thickness 9-10 mm in different sizes with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 600x1200 mm

012 - Supplying and wiring adopting loop system in existing PVC conduit casing capping using 1100V grade, COPPER conductor flexible multistrand FRLS PVC insulated to 2x 1.5 Sqmm cable confirming to the GTP with a 6Amps flush type SP control switch shall be fixed on the existing plastic sheel / gang box, the other end of the wires shall be terminated with sufficient loose length in a wood / PVC found block complete for each outlet. Medium point above 3 Mtr up to 6 Mtr from tapping point to out let via switch

013 - Wiring for lighting power circuit using one of FRLS PVC insulated 1100 V grade multistrand copper with low conductor resistance single coe wire in open or concealed system of wiring with specified IS-6941990 and confirming to the attached GTP of GROUP-A 1.5 Sqmm.

014 - Supplying of recess mounted rolling bype LED down light 5x1 watts with 4/6W GU 10 LED Lamp Rib Fabricated from die cast aluinum with white power coated prewire to mains connector with suitable driver and having swiveling unit of aluminum die cast eye ball and LED Lamp position retained by circular wire spring 5 Years warranty against any manufacturing defect working under standar electrical condition.

015 - Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters, with frame anddiagonal braces of 40x40x6 mm angle iron, 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, 25 mm dia pulley, 40x40x6 mm angle and T- iron guide at the top and bottom respectively, including applying apriming coat of approved steel primer including cost of materials, labour,usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as perdirections of the Engineer-in-Charge
