Support arrangement for fixing new additional fenders in the existing concrete structure of service platform of jetty No 10 by providing and fabrication of MS plates and fixing in suitable location including erection as per site condition in jetty area with necessary structural members like plates, Angles, channels, flats etc. including cost of materials, Hire charges of boat , epoxy painting , men, equipment, incidental charges , scaffolding , lead & lift etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charges.

Manufacture, testing , Supply, Installing, Fixing / commissioning of Cell fender of type SUC 800 H RH grade Fender Bridge type 0.9 or equivalent, cell fenders system with including removable frontal pads of size 1.80 mts x 1.80mts for Service platform from an approved manufacturer meeting the berthing energy absorption and reaction forces requirement given in Technical Specifications & drawings for the said type of fenders confirming with the standard specification and drawing with all fixtures, such as anchoring bolts, required chains weight and safety. The frontal frame shall have 30mm thick UHMW PE synthetic resin anti friction and anti-sparking pads fixed with M16- bolts of SS-316. The frontal frame fixed to the fenders with 1-1/2" bolts, nuts, lock nut of SS-316. . The frontal frame shall be of box type and painted after fabrication with one coat of primer and two coats of epoxy paint of 130-150micron thick after de-greasing and cleaned by sand blasting etc., complete The rate should include design, supply, installation, testing & fixing, commissioning of fenders and necessary fixtures such as G.I chains 32 dia , 'U' bolts, fasteners, all accessories , Floating Crafts for fixing fenders etc. complete. Cell fender of type SUC 800 H RH grade Fender Bridge type 0.9 or equivalent, on Flexible dolphin, including removable type frontal pads and all necessary fixtures

Provision Epoxy Bonding Agent:-KSRRBM 2800-11. Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete including cost of materials, labour, HOM complete as per specification MORTH specification No 2805.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation. The granite /trap/basalt crushed graded coarse aggregates and fine aggregates as per relevant IS codes machine mixed , laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thickness , well compacted using plate vibrators, including all lead and lift , cost of all materials of quantity, labour, usage charges of machinery, curing and all the other appurtenances required to complete the work as per technical specifications . M30 grade design mix using 20mm nominal size graded crushed coarse aggregates.

Providing 20mm cement plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement and 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement to brick/stone masonry including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specification and as per directions of Engineer In charge.
