Fencing with G.I. barbed wire R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples on wooden plugs or G.I. binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separately) :- Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.

Providing and stacking of ornamental plants (Ficus Varient) of 3 feet height and thick stem in big size bags as per direction of the Engineer in- charge.

Planting permanent hedges including digging of trenches, 60 cm wide and 45 cm deep, refilling the excavated earth mixed with farmyard manure, supplied at the rate of 4.65 cum per 100 metres and supplying and planting hedge plants at 30 cm apart complete as per specifications. Clearing grass and removal of rubbish by manual/mechenical means and stacking outside the periphery of the area cleaned complete as per specifications.

Removal of debreis from the site and dumping same designated location as shown by the Engineer, including cost of loading vehicle charges unloading charges, transportation charges and all other incidental charges etc. complete

Maintenance of Garden daily in all respects like removal of weeds, removal of debris in and around the plants, shifting debris to a suitable place immediately so as to keep and maintain the area neat and clean throughout the year , including watering the plants, putting gravel & organic manure (manure and gravel supplied by department), trimming the plants, edge cutting, cutting and clearing the grass, bushes, shrubs, vegetation etc., by manual or mechanical means for the entire area throughout the year etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, machineries, tools & plants and all other incidental charges etc., complete. All registers pertaining to the work including labour records shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. The payments on account of upward revision or escalation or increase in minimum wages of labours shall be paid by the Port. Note: The contractor should deploy one number male labour.
