This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Supply and laying of bricks of size 230 x110x 75mm covering with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection cable with sub class ‘B’ laid dry flat in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminous road/ hard standing/PCC path/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate up to existing surface level or removing any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by adopting horizontal boring including supply and inserting of HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia not less than 6kg/cm working pressure confirming to IS allas specified and directed. Note: Depth will not be less than 1.00 M below the road pavement and hard standing boring shall be carried out without damaging the road and hard standing.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for stay and coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm dia fixed on wall / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including necessary clamp, nuts, bolts, washers and taking down the old GI tubing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair the XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable cable. NOTE: (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per Sl Item No. 12 above but of size10 Sqmm 2 core

Material and labour for repair and making functional of LED street/security light fittings of any capacity or any type on pole/wall without dismantling/taking down and carrying out necessary repair/replacement of minor spares and wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- 1.0 Requirement of Tools and Ladder for repair to the street lights are included in the quoted rates and complaints shall be attended & rectified same day receiving of complaints.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down of LED street/security light fittings of any capacity or any type from pole/wall for repair carrying to MES store to replacement of unserviceable /burnt/worn out accessories/components (Accessories and components shall be Paid separately under item Item Sel No 15 to 20 ) complete all as specified and directed. Note - 1.0 Requirement of Tools and Ladder for repair of street lights included in the quoted rates and complaints shall be attended & rectified within next two days from day of receiving complaints and fitting to be kept in safe custody for replacement of spares at E/M yard.

Supply and fix of LED street light fittings 45 watts pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with option of secondary optic with IP-66 ingress protection with 4/5KV external surge protection device, Manufacturers logo embossed on the housing for traceability (stickering/ printing not acceptable), system level efficacy of the luminaire is 110lm/W at L70. The color temperature is around 6500K with a color rendering index of 70. The luminaire if IP:66 protected with impact resistance IK05 impact resistance, electronic driver complaint to IEC safety standards with power factor is greater than 0.9, voltage variation range 120-270V, THD less than 20%, high and LED with individual peanut lens and lena plate for better optics. The product should be tested for IEC60598 safety standards, LM80 report for LED, entire product including taking down the old u/s one complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repairs street light fitting bracket made out of 40 mm bore GI pipe, light grade, tubing bend to shape, 1.2 metre long, fixed to pole/wall with and including two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 25 x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washers, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs clamps made out of flat iron 25x6 mm bending to shape, drilling holes for bolts suitable for fixing GI pipe bracket to steel pole, made in two halves, including nuts, bolts, washers and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade 20 mm dia ISI marked with all fittings and fixed to PCC /GI pole with providing 03 Nos GI strip clamps an equal interval and adjusted pole height for passing of sub main wiring from cable Junction box to light fitting complete all as directed.

Material and labour in repairs Cable PVC insulated PVC unsheathed un-armoured copper conductor (multi stranded) of cross sectional area 1.5 sq mm 3 core drawing in PVC conduit/Steel tubular pole all as required for connections to light fittings complete all as directed. Material and labour for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 metre long, by applying one coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and street light bracket. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enamelled paint (30 Cms Each). Pole Nos shall be written on pole with black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete.

Material and labour for cement Painting of PCC pole 9.0 metre long, by applying one coat of cement colour after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and street light bracket to painted with on coat of Aluminium paint. Cement colour will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enamelled paint (30 Cms Each) Pole Nos shall be written on pole with black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling & taking pole/struts complete and removal from site complete all as specified

Supply & Erecting Mild steel tubular swaged pole 9 meter long 410, SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, bracket, final taper plug, bolt, nuts & screws and painted on both side (internally & externally), external surface painted with two coat of aluminum paint over coat of primer and painting with black up to 1.5 meter from top of PCC 1:2:4 with 20 mm aggregate coping white colour paint as in strips of equal width with marking pole numbers by using one coat of synthetic enamel paint including necessary PCC 1:4:8 with 40 mm aggregate foundation and coping as per TD drawing complete all as specified and as directed. Note (i) Excavation, earth work and PCC work for embedding pole shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Pole up to 1.5 m top of copping shall be painted with 2 coats of block and white strips alternate 30cm each over one coat of red oxide primer (iii) Steel tubular pole above 1.5 m shall be painted with 2 coats of alu paint over a coat of red oxide primer the rate for above items shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for dismantling and re-fixing of old steel tubular/PCC pole of 9 mtr long taking from from one location to other location up to distance a 500M and provide the Base base plate of size 300mmX300mm made of Mild steel of 10 mm thick dully welded to base of steel pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Excavation, earth work and PCC work with 1:4:8 foundation and 1:3:6 for embedding pole shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate (iii) Existing pole up to 1.5 m from top of copping shall be painted with 2 coats of black and white strips alternate 30 cm each over one coat of red oxide primer (iv) Steel tubular pole above 1.5 m shall be painted with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and the rate for above items shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. (v) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for cutting the rusted/ broken portion of pole.

The Board/Panel shall be made out of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane; while the gasket shall be internally embedded. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of test report in accordance with IEC60529.
