M&L for Dry & clean tibba river sand cushioning in two layers, first layers of 80mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable, levelled and punned down to a depth of 100mm above the top of the upper-most cable, for cable protection in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Well burnt old size sub Class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry & flat in trenches for cable protection, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C–2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings for erection of poles, complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B–1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth courses, bed plates, coping etc., including necessary form work etc for erection of steel tubular poles complete all as specified.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20cmx15cm, complete all as specified.

M&L for Boring of road crossing of size 100mm dia at suitable depth by trenchless technology using machinery / equipments complete without damaging the surface for passing pipes / cables etc., with and including provision of HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia, working pressure 0.4mpa including removing excavated soil to a distance n exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Location of boring holes shall be decided by the Engr-in-Charge as per requirement, nothing extra shall be payable on account of variation in length of crossing of road etc., (ii) During boring soil strata may be changed, hence nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for boring of holes through different strata/different type of soil. Tenderer is hereby advised to keep in mind this aspect while quoting his rate under this item.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, screened with extruded PVC inner sheathed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cable [heavy duty] of size 4.0core x 16.00Sqmm, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, suitable for earthed system with and including cable glands, ferrules and connected accessories, laid in trenches or ducts or through the pipe etc., including taking down old u/s cable, complete all as specified. Make: Gloster / Poly cab / CCI / Universal / Finolex Note: Necessary excavation & earth work, brick protection & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
