001 - Bottom ash hopper seal trough plate replacement & removal of damaged plate: Transportation of material from ware house or ash handling store to bottom ash hopper area,Opening of access doors or hopper enclosures, Transportation of scaffolding materials, centering materials inside the bottom ash hopper and arranging wherever is necessary for approach, Water washing of Bottom ash hopper,Removing of refractory wherever the plate is to be replace by chipping or breaking,Removal of worn out portion of seal trough plate & others, Removal of Anchors,refractory arround the seal plate & other area,Fixing and welding of new seal trough plate & refractory cooling pipe around the hoppers,Checking of leakage after water filling, marking if any leakage and attending same,cleaning of bottom ash hoppers/removal of worn or damaged plate & pipe from outside the hoppers. Replacement of Vent louer plate,cooling header & flusing header: Removing of refractory material and remove the flushing headers to be replace,weld the new headers , Checking of leakage after water filling, marking if any leakage and attending same. Replacement of 100NB & 200NB pipes: Replacement of 100NB & 200NB pipes Repair & Replacement of seal trough flushing nozzles & pipes:Removal of ash & clinkers inside the seal trough by manually and Water washing of seal trough and marking leakages,Removal of worn out pipes, fabrication of flushing pipe to the required size & angle and welding the flushing pipe in place of removed one. Structural steel 1MT & Consumables & others required for the above work
