a05 - Providing and filling / replacing gear oil of approved quality upto therequired gauge level for Radicon Gear unit of hoists / gantry cranes including cost of all materials, machinery, labour with all other ancillaryoperations Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a06 - Providing and applying grease of approved quality to gate and hoist components requiring greasing as part of the annual maintenance using grease gun wherever necessary including cost of all materials,machinery, labour, scaffolding with all other ancillary operations Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a07 - Supply of Zinc rich epoxy primer paint ( zinc content - 90 % ) as per the Engineer in charge of the site. Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a08 - Supply of Coal tar epoxy paint as per the Engineer in charge of the site. Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a09 - Supplying of ITW Devcon Titanium Putty H.P. 500 gms 10761 to Hagaribommana halli dam Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a10 - Supplying of ITW DEVCON CLEANER 10 , 1 Ltr to Hagaribommana halli dam Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a11 - Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two coats on new work including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a12 - Design, fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of fixed wheel type vertical lift service gate consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizontal girders, wheels, stiffeners, lifting brackets, guide rollers, ballast blocks, teflon claded rubber seals with all accessories for river sluice /canal sluice vent including cost of all materials,machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and three coats cold applied coal tar epoxy paint, seal fixing and all other ancillary operations complete as per specifications and approved drawings. Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work. Note: 1. Wt of 1 gate in tonnes ( including ballast) = 0.0888 (L2 x H x h) 0.659 Where ( L ) is length = Clear vent opening in m + 0.70 m. ( H ) is height of gate in m = Clear vent height in m + 0.30 m ( h ) is head of water above sill of gate in m = FRL - Sill level 2. Quantity of structural steel = 47.5 % of computed weight of 1 gate.

a13 - Dismantling of existing end box from the spillway gate of Hagaribommana halli dam, including cost of labour, consumables, gas cutting, welding, if neccessary by Dismantling and refixing of gate hoist with lifiting equipments etc. Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a14 - Design fabrication supply and Erection and commissioning of Roller Assembly of Hagaribommana halli dam with all accessories for spillway gate including cost of all machinery labour, cutting, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning etc., including removing of old rollers, complete as per specifications and approved drawings for structural steel component Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a15 - Design, fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of embedded parts consisting of sill beam, wheel tracks, seal seats, guide rails etc., with all accessories for vertical lift barrage gate including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, cutting, aligning, anchoring, welding, finishing, cleaning, applying one coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and four coats of cold applied coal tar epoxy paint etc., complete as per specifications and approved drawings with all lead and all lifts including packing / forwarding charges for other components / materials Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a16 - labour charges for over hauling of reduction gear box of Hagaribommana halli dam crest gates including cost of labour, consumables, oil,gas cutting, welding etc.,as per the direction of engineer in charge at site. Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a17 - Supply and fixing of break drum assembly of 200mm dia for Hagaribommana halli dam incuding electro magnitic braking assembly Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a18 - Supply and fixing of 36mm dia rope for Hagaribommana halli dam site including cost of material, labour, consumables etc.,as per the direction of engineer in charge at site.

a19 - Supplying of Flat type musical note rubber seal including the cost of conveyance of the materials to Hagaribommana halli dam site Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a20 - Supplying of Bottom Seal conforming to IS 11855-2004 including the cost of conveyance of the materials to Hagaribommana halli dam site

a21 - Supplying of Teflon Cladded " Z" - Type Rubber Seal including the cost of conveyance of the materials to Hagaribommana halli dam site Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a22 - Supplying of L type rubber Teflon Cladded Corner Seal with required compression at Bottom 6 mm x side 3 mm for each Vertical Spillway gate conforming to IS 11855-2004 including the cost of conveyance of all the materials to Hagaribommana halli dam site Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a23 - Supplying of 16 mm dia x 80 mm long GI Bolt with Nuts and suitable Washers(stainless steel) for Hagaribommana halli dam site gates Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a24 - Removing of all old damaged and fixing new seals for each Vertical spillway gate. The cost includes removal and fixing of side seal plates , Bolts and Nuts by using cutting sets and welding transformer, oxygen acetylene gases with staging and scaffolding arrangements duly taking all precaution in removing and fixing of rubber seals . It also includes lifting and lowreing from sill level to top level of the Hagaribommana halli dam site .The cost includes of all Labour charges, cost of T & P cutting equipment, gases ,Transportation, electrodes and any other necessary incidental T & P required for item of work Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.

a25 - Supplying of 4mm Rubber packing sheet of standard size which will be fixed in between plate and gate on above and below the Side seals and flat seals for all sillway gates including the cost of conveyance of all the materials to Hagaribommana halli dam site Complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the engineer incharge of the work.
