As Per Approved Data Rate - Providing & application Under water High pressure grouting by using non shrink micro concrete materials to arrest the seepage and to increase the density of the dam on SS masonry structures at upstream area. for Bhadra Dam etc and all relevant safety with all leads and lifts etc. complete with all lead and lifts.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work

As per Approved quotation Rates - Providing treatment to the observed leakages by injecting hydrophobic, rigid vble sealing and strengthening, low viscosity, high compressive 60 Mpa and flexural strength 45 MPa, polyurethane-based elastic resin, non toxic with no negative environmental effects, to the cracks, joints and cavities in high pressure water bearing conditions, injected in to the substrate using pneumatically operated two component pump including drilling holes of 14mm dia 300mm deep, flushing drill holes with clean water, sealing leak/crack paths with rapid setting cement, fixing non corrosive aluminium injection packers of size 13mm dia 100mm long including cost of all, materials, HOM of machinery, consumables like p u cleaners catalysts, static mixers, lubricating oil, flexible high pressure hose adapters etc, cost of labour, scaffolding, finishing etc complete with all leads and lifts and as per directions of Engineer in charge. As Per Approved Data Rate - Providing under water pointing to masonry joints including mechanical raking to a depth of of 75mm, cleaning and brushing the joints in the exposed face of masonry, filling up of voids for a reasonable further depth well supported to the existing surkhi mortar 1:0.50 proportion by volume using Rendrock EUW or equivalent cementaneous non shrink, rapid setting, multipurpose compound including cost of divers and diving equiments like kirby morgan box, Face mask, Diving suits, Fins, underwater lighting and communications systems, Demand valves, umblicals, Pneumatic tools, HP bottles, Oxygen bottles, Weight belts, Diving bell, Diving platform, Hoisting machineries and all other auxillary equipments like compressor, Decompression chamber etc., complete including cost of cement, sand and cementaneous non shrink, rapid setting compound. under water pointing works using necessary equipments ., complete with all lead and lifts.complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work

As Per Approved Data Rate - Design, Fabricatiom, Supply & Lowering and placing slot cover frame madeup of MS plate and Structural steel elements to emergency groove and sealing sides of frame and cover with necessary admixtures by under water diving for a depth of about 30 to 46 mtrs, including cost of divers, labours, machineries, hire charges of diving equipments (includes equipments like Kirby morgan box, Face mask, Diving fins, Underwater lighting and communication system, Demand valves, Umblicles, Pneumatic tools, HP & Oxygen bottles weight belts, Diving platform, Hositing machineries and all other auxillary equipments) hire charges of decompression chamber, air compressor etc., Including Bulk Head & Slot cover Plug Maintaince . The work also includes under water colour video recording wherever directed by covering all activities with surface to the set to display at top and delivery of 4 sets of recorded CD etc., complete with all lead and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work

As Per Approved Data Rate - Dismantling of damaged sill beam of emergency & service gate including chipping of concrete surrounding sill beam exposing of anchor bolt buried beneath the existing sill beam, disconnecting sill beam from the bed and supplying and fixing new sill beam of ISMB 450x150mm, 3 mtrs length with SS cladding of sizde 3mtrx0.15mtrx0.015 mtr, on top , anchoring of sill beam, Dewatering system in vent Portion during work activities including cost of all materials, labours, hire charges of machineries, welding, cutting, finishing etc., complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work

As Per Approved Data Rate - Providing and laying polymer concrete using suitable admixtures products including reinforcement, anchor rods, welding by using polyfibres, Tapecrete, Calamite, Superplasticiser mixed with cement sand aggregates of 20mm & down size including cost of all labour machineries, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position, finishing ccomplete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of work.

Lowest rate as per Rate cum informative quotation - Providing and fixing of nozzles wherever required including cost of all materials, labour and machineries in underwater etc., complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work

As per Approved quotation Rates - Grouting by using suitable admixtures polygrout, polymer based non shrink, highly adhesive rapid setting, water proof compound including cost of material machinery grouting pump labour with all lead and lift etc., complete with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

As per Approved quotation Rates - Sealing the nozzle after injection of polygrout including cost of all materials like cement, sand and suitable admixtures compound, labour etc., complete with all lead and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

As per Approved quotation Rates - Providing surface pointing including the chipping the masonry joints upto 75mm deep, cleaning and removing loose materials an algae deposits by using oxalic acid and cleaning the joints by water and widening the joint is necessary to the required shape etc., providing and applying one coat of acrylic baed, polymer modified cementaneous compound and cement slurry in the proportion of 1:2 over the prepared masonry joints as slurry coat before pointing including curing. Providing tuck pointing to the exposed face of masonry joints in cement mortar 1:3 proportion by weight in two stages by using acrylic baed polymer modified cementaneous adhesive compound as waer proofing including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, curing etc., complete with all lead and lifs and Engineer-in-charge of the work.

As per Approved Data Rates - Lifting of lowered bulkhead and slot leg frame from bell mouth portion and emergency gate groove by under water diving for a depth of about 30 to 46 mtrs, to the surface and shifting to the dam vacant yard after completion of work, cleaning the sealing materials from masonry surface including cost of divers, labours, materials, diving equipments. (includes equipments like Kirby morgan box, Face mask, Diving fins, Underwater lighting and communication system, Demand valves, Umblicles, Pneumatic tools, HP & Oxygen bottles weight belts, Diving platform, Hositing machineries and all other auxillary equipments) labours, transporting etc., complete with all lead and lifs and Engineer-in-charge of the work
